Absolutely loved at stay! The site was very well kept, had a 5 gallon jug with a dispenser waiting for us when we arrived. Krystine was even kind enough to lend us her ladder for the weekend while we put up tarps to protect us from the rain. The farm animals were super cute and friendly. When asking for wood she had her husband bring it all the way down to our site where he stacked it and made sure we were all taken care of. The trees offered great shade and the toilet was very close by. I would highly recommend this site to anyone looking to get away and reconnect with nature.

1 night at Glamping with the Wild Horses

We were traveling in New England and decided to try this cool glamping site instead of booking an ordinary hotel. It was a great choice. We stayed in a geodesic dome complete with two real beds, woodstove, dresser, small table with chairs, and a nice leather sofa overlooking the woods. The pictures of the interior are accurate, and there was also a power bank for charging our phones. The dome is one of three clustered close together with a shared fire pit, on the grounds of an equestrian facility for rescued mustangs that was really cool. We got to watch the horses eat and play, as their feeding station was only about 20 yards from the domes. The woods surrounding the campsite are beautiful and largely untouched. There are several trails worth exploring, one of which leads to a giant dome used for large groups and yoga. Keep in mind that this is a rural area and cell phone reception is not good near the domes (Verizon), and at the time there was no wireless near the campsite, so plan accordingly. Both calls and texts were spotty and often took several minutes to go through. Facetime did not work. Internet browsing was not possible. The other cell phone providers may work fine...we had Verizon and it did not. Other than that, it was a fun stay, for a good cause, and I would recommend.

The site was at a quiet spot at the farm. Max made sure we had enough firewood the entirety of my stay. There are a couple nice trails accessible from the site which was great. He also allows pets off leash which is fantastic.

The site was beautiful and Krystine was a great host. We booked last minute on a holiday weekend bike-packing journey, so we were so grateful for the accommodations. The site was clean, there was fresh water, and a clean camp latrine. It was exactly what we needed for a relaxing evening and a nice retreat during our travels.

We recently stayed at The Pines at Glamp Frogmore and had a fantastic experience. The site is beautifully set up, with well-marked hiking paths and tons of birdwatching opportunities—which we really enjoyed. The main tent was surprisingly spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. It truly felt like everything we needed was already there. There were so many thoughtful touches that made the stay special—solar string lights, lanterns placed around the site, and a great selection of card games for downtime. We brought our kids and our dog, and everyone had a great time. There was plenty to do, and we honestly wish we had booked a longer stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, family- and pet-friendly glamping getaway with just the right mix of nature and comfort.

We absolutely loved camping here! The lean-to’s are spacious and it was great to have the tent off the ground. Everything in the site was clean and well-equipped. So grateful to have firewood included in the reservation. The grounds were beautiful to explore and the host, Jesse, was so friendly and helpful. We would absolutely come back and bring friends next

Weekend Trip to Humble Farm with Simplicity

Great hospitality from Mary & Victor. The horses were friendly to my dog & I. There are also chickens on the site as well. You can tell a lot of thought was put into the cabin. It’s very homey & cozy. I stayed for one night and going to stay for more whenever I need a getaway! Recommend. :)

The property is very spread out and there are 2 outhouses for all sites to use. Your pets are welcome too! Locally there are state parks with beaches, and state forest for trails and lakes, hiking and biking. Or you can just relax and enjoy the serenity! We cannot allow any wood for camp fires to be brought in form the outside for environmental reasons. It can be pre-purchased for $12 per bundle on this site, or $10.00 cash here at farm. Farm Fresh eggs daily when available for $5.00 per 1/2 dozen. There are blankets and pillows are provided, and linens for cabin or trailer sites. Garbage removal is available as well $5 per bag provided.

Come stay on our working farm! Relax and enjoy all that our farm has to offer. You can enjoy nature and privacy or opt for a more interactive experience and join our morning or evening farm tour where you can interact with goats, sheep, mini-horses, pigs, chickens, ducks, and more. We are a small family farm where we raise animals and grow flowers/food. Our family home was built in 1739 and is situated near the street entrance. As you enter the property, you will see two cottages, the oldest corn crib in the county, and a beautifully restored 1800s barn. We live on the property and can assist guests with anything that they might need. Guests are welcome to stroll around the property and enjoy all it has to offer. Please note, that we ask that guests do not enter the barn or fenced pasture without one of the farm owners (Molly & Diego). Our animals are accustomed to people, but livestock is unpredictable, especially to people that they do not know. There is plenty of area outside of the pasture that guests can enjoy. If you opt for a farm tour we promise that you will have plenty of interaction with our many animals.

With the original home built in 1785, Milk Thistle farm is on the historic register and is comprised of the main house and 5 acres of land. It is run as a small non-profit animal sanctuary and is home to rescued chickens, goats, and pigs, as well as two humans and their dog and cat companions. The main property is fenced in, with a large back field great for tent camping, and an orchard to explore that can also double as hammock camping. There is parking for cars and bikes. We try to minimize our impact on the environment as much as possible, and encourage our guests to compost, recycle, and dispose of waste accordingly. Please note we have dogs, including a Livestock Guardian Dog that does bark to alert us of new people and warn off would be predators.
