Forest glamping near Greenwich

Great spot for the price. Each campsite seemed pretty unique from one another. Only thing it was lacking was a table of some sort. Other than that, I’d highly recommend staying here.

Everything went well. Kathleen greeted me upon my arrival and told me everything I needed to know about the property. Unfortunately we did not have time to explore at that visit. I do plan to return and look forward to exploring

We had a great stay. It was raining almost a one whole day but we really enjoyed our stay. It was our first time camping with our 1y/old and it was great. The camp ground was nice pretty level and Sunny (when it wasn’t raining). Site was clean and the fire pit with the grill top was a great touch! The waterfall walk was nice and they even had a kids trail along a little creek. We look forward to coming back soon :) Kate was super friendly and welcoming. Always willing to answer questions and very proactive to bring up key points about the property that will help us during our stay. Thanks again! Cheers!

Beautiful property! Kathy was warm, welcoming, and excited to share her 45 acres of land surrounded by protected watershed land. The sites were huge and peaceful and if I find myself in this area again I will be sure to book a spot here.

Kathleen has a great campground. All sites are clean and spacious. Was my 2nd time there. Very wooded area and private. Highly recommend.

This was our second stay at Paradise Valley. It's beautiful terrain--a New Jersey most people wouldn't imagine. Most of the surrounding property is protected watershed for the water supply of Newark. They even have watershed police! Kathleen is delightful and welcomed us, as well as giving us tips about the property and the area. She kindly allowed us to run a (very quiet) generator overnight to run my spouse's CPAP. Be warned that the last 1.5 miles of the road in is extremely rough and full of potholes, as well as narrow. Chances are you won't meet any other vehicles (and there are turn-offs) but be prepared for the bumps. With our 31' TT behind a crew-cab F-150 with tow package we inched along. The amusing part is that when we left Vermont for the south in December, this was our first stop. My fiancee booked it on her HipCamp app. Coming back, I booked it, but it was only when we were en route that I connected that we were going back to the campsite where our winter journey started. Cool: the circle, unbroken.

Evan and Laura's site was perfect. Everything you need is provided, both were very responsive to any questions we had, the bathroom and shower were way better than what we're used to at campsites and they offered suggestions for local hikes and a great butcher shop. The goats are pretty darn cute too. Highly recommend this site!

I enjoyed the campsite. It was easy to get to and the host was very helpful. Will definitely be camping here again

Well kept campsites; excellent documentation regarding expectations (both of you and regarding wildlife) and hiking trails. Kathleen was very helpful and friendly. Campsites are not “on top” of each other, but you can easily see your neighbors around sites 2, 3 and 4. The firewood for sale there was excellent… dry and easy to burn. We really enjoyed our time and would recommend.

We had such a wonderful time staying at Paradise Valley Homestead. My son (4) and husband stayed in the vardo and I set up a tent nearby. It was the perfect combo of camping and glamping. The fire pit was lovely and we made some delicious smores and memories! Would definitely return!

This trip was amazing! Kathleen's land is beautiful and her hospitality was beautiful. She is a beautiful soul and genuinely cares about your experience. We'll be back!

Weekend Trip to Forest Treasure Island

Repeat camper here, this is a place where, nature meets impeccable cleanliness. The grounds are beautifully maintained, featuring a Many hiking trails, stunning waterfall and a large pond perfect for swimming and even has a rope swing!. Kathleen herself is a gracious host, making every guest feel welcomed and at home. This campground is truly a hidden gem for those seeking a peaceful retreat in nature! Site 8-9-10 are great for us overland camper’s. Will be returning again 110%.
