OFF-GRID WATER: No well or septic. If you chose the option of running water, six 5-gallon jugs provided to fill nearby. The tank holds 35 gallons. Monitor usage; do not drop below 1/4 full or it may damage the pump. Showers use 1.75 gal/min. Camp style rinse off showers. (Dry cabin Nov–May; no running water during freeze months)
TOILET USE: Composting toilet. All guests must watch a 2-minute video and follow instructions. Violation of cabin rules or failure to discard urine in the designated spot incurs a $150 fee. If you’re not comfortable doing this, this may not be the right fit

Our cabin is located on a scenic byway within the San Isabel National Forest at an altitude of 8600 ft. It is next to Lake Isabel where kayaking and fishing are popular in the Summer and Ice fishing snowshoeing and tubing in the Winter. You can explore nearby Bishop's Castle as well as enjoy hiking, bicycling or riding on one of the many trails. Wildlife viewing in the area is also plentiful. After you check in, one of their concierges will drop by and make sure all is well. The chickens pecking around your campsite aren’t much help, but either guardian dog Sascha or burro Bailey will drop by to be sure you are doing OK!
Bailey does the best she can helping you set up camp, just be sure to give her an ear scratch. And those some BIG ears!

Weekend Trip to Camp Catori
Camp Catori was exactly what we didn’t know we were looking for—the perfect retreat from Denver. The view of Blanca Peak is absolutely breathtaking, and we could have happily spent the whole day just relaxing, reading, and napping on the outdoor sectional while soaking it in. The tiny home is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a cozy, comfortable off-grid stay. We will definitely be back ❤️

I absolutely LOVE spending time at Agapé Valley. Steven and Kayla (the owners) are incredible kind, open and welcoming people. I've been living here in my 14 foot RV for about a week now and have nothing but love for this place. I am in the Eros area with easy access to shore power and water from my own spiggot! I love exploring the land with my dog, sitting in the suana or ice bath, having clean bathrooms, showers and even a kitchen! I am 20min from downtown Westcliffe which is an easy drive or about 45min-1hour from Pueblo. The views of the Sangra De Cristo mountains are unbeatable...
