Tents are allowed on either west or east side of pond. Trailers and campers are only allowed on the west side of the pond in the mowed grassy area.
*For the 2025 season fire requirements and permits are followed. If a Fire Ban is in effect, there are no fires, charcoal grills, gas firepits, gas BBW, gas stoves, or smoking. At no time are fireworks or firearms allowed. Please consider other options when on the site. This Fire ban is strictly enforced. Any violators will be asked to leave with no refund.

This is one of the most beautiful camp sites we have been to this year. Tim is great to work with and we appreciate him for sharing this property with us. If you get a chance to book, I would highly suggest you do. Spending time fishing with my young grandaughter was the best part of our trip. and the fishing was excellent. I also loved being able to take my dogs without any worries. Just a beautiful property.

Got to enjoy stores by the fire next to a serene beautiful pond and took the canoe out to visit 'rock island' with the kid. Dog friendly and they might have had the best time of us all. this was one of the coolest places we have ever stayed! my husband never went to summer camp as a kid, so he was really giddy about it! the pond was awesome, our dogs loved it so much, they didn’t want to get out… they truly swam for hours. the property itself was beautiful and quiet, it was exactly what we were hoping for! thank you tim for allowing us to enjoy blue mountain ranch, we hope to be back!

My partner and I had a great time at this campsite. The first night we had the area to ourselves and it was super nice to see the bright stars. Time introduced himself and talked for awhile. Good guy. He got us more firewood when he noticed us struggling to keep the fire alive. There were two dogs who came to visit in the morning and it was sweet until one got mud everywhere and chased after our car when we were trying to leave. Great area and I recommend for anyone. I would camp here as a single woman even

Idyllic spot with trees, a small lake and the solitude we were seeking for tent camping. We had some great conversations around the shared campfire and the host Tim was accommodating and full of stories. There are a couple local dogs that come to visit daily and get along with everyone! What a sweet property with sweet hosts!
There are several places to rest and relax on the property. My favorite was next to a water fountain. There are so many treasures about, endless details to admire and enjoy. We picked goji berries and strawberries to add to our breakfast as well as herbs for accenting our dinner.
Our stay was relaxing, cozy and quiet. Mari and Dave have done an amazing job creating this herbal retreat. Would stay again. Thank you! 🙏✨️🍀 🌸

I really enjoyed my stay at Tim’s camp. My favorite part was letting my dogs roam around and do their own thing. They got to meet other dogs and enjoy the lake. The campsite is good; it’s well-kept, easy to find, and clean. Tim introduced himself when we first checked in because he lives on the property. He was very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this spot to a friend, especially if you have dogs.

This place was beautiful, the lake is amazing and so full of life, wild flowers, up and lake view there was barely a mosquito to bother you.
The location had small boats you could take out, the small lake makes it super easy and a great experience to try something you’ve been too nervous to try.
