With the help of my kids and friends, we built this tiny cabin (119sq ft) with a lot of love, laughter, tears and even some blood shed. It embodies a journey for my family in coming together to enjoy nature and overcome many unknowns. It is a representation of our growth, our love and our creativity and I am eager to share it with other nature lovers! A-Lodge Boulder is a 30 room lodge just 2 miles above downtown Boulder, Colorado. We are located in a wilderness area of Boulder Canyon, right at the junction with Fourmile Canyon. We have three #vanlife sites and four tentsites for offer on Hipcamp.
We have a BRAND NEW barrel sauna, hot tub, grills, seasonal pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day), meeting space, outdoor beer garden, bathrooms and showers for campers and a wonderful trail to Betasso Preserve right from your campsite. The Fourmile Creek runs through our property along our large lawn area. Great views and you might see bear, deer, elk, moose, foxes, or even a mountain lion!
Walk-in sites are just a short hike, about 100 feet, on an unmanicured trail to our platforms. We provide the platform for your tent as well as access to all of our lodge's amenities; front desk, lobby, bar & beer garden, fire pits, grills, bathrooms, shower, outdoor common areas, free wifi, etc.
A-Lodge has a 7-day non-refundable cancellation policy. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival, 50% of the total is non-refundable.

The little bear or Blue bear is a very nice cozy place to stay. It has all essential things to make your stay comfortable and a remembering one. It is very peaceful and easy to reach. Plus cesar is very nice person and always responsive to your needs. Already planning for the next one at Blue/little bear.

This property was AMAZING! I stayed 2 nights by myself and I’m so grateful I found this site. The little bear cabin was perfect. Signage was clear leading up to the site. The road is dirt leading up to it and then gravel. The view from the cabin is great. Through the trees you can see the mountains, walk up the hill a tiny bit and amazing clear views. The grill worked well and there was firewood at the wood stove. The inside was clean and it was great to have the fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. The cabinets had paper plates, plastic cups and some plastic utensils. The cabin keeps out the cold fairly well but it was a bonus to have the heater. The bed was comfortable and there was a cot below you could put together if you had another person that needed a spot. The porta potty was clean as was the site in general. You can see the other cabin from this one but it’s not too close. I highly suggest booking this cabin!

Great spot! Cesar let us stay and check out the foothills for some moonlight photography. We had the sound of horses nearby, some birds, and a very glamorous tiny cabin to stay warm in while we waited for the clouds to clear. Enough distance from the nearby properties and the other cabin to feel on our own, and a good little hike nearby through a small aspen grove.

Really loved this space! It's a little cabin but it's got everything you could need. Bed was comfortable and amenities were all new. Only about 100 yards from the other rental on the property but far enough to feel private!
