The 1950's Bellwood trailer could not be more charming with wood paneling, 1950's styling and positioned right overlooking the bridge on the creek. The outdoor heated shower has a view of the creek and a dry toilet. There are several seating areas capturing quaint vignettes of the farm fields, stunning views and produce. You will find happiness, peace, the sound of the winds in 3000 year old trees, alpine streams tricking through ancient untouched forests, great horned owls and moose calling into the night, coyote echoing at sunset signaling night approaching, the warm smell of pine and summer grasses, touching the warm rocks next to the stream while you listen to the birds and crickets. I could go on and on, these are the things I see when I close my eyes and think of this place. This site sits at the base of (2) 14ers. in thee middle of a sunken meadow. This is the most beautiful and secluded camping experience you will experience in Colorado. There are miles of 4x4 and atv trails. There are countless hiking trails for day and short nature hikes. Above the site sits bristlecone pines that have appeared in ansel adams prints and are absolutely amazing. The sites sit on 160 private acres which borders national forest. There is a small a-frame tent that's insulated with big windows, locking door, skylight, solar for charging electronics, and a full size bed. The cabin is roughly the size of the full size mattress but seems bigger because of the a-frame roof. Its warm and cozy and keeps the critters and animals out, so you feel safe and comfortable. There are lots of amenities on site.  There is a picnic table, 10'x12' waterproof awning and wood deck.  There is a bbq, bear box, huge stone fire pit and bucket toilet. The road into the site was graded last year but still has small potholes typical of a Colorado county road, most low-profile cars will do fine.  If you have a rv or camper, the turn around is limited, no tow behind campers or vehicles over 20'

Great spot very high up on the mtn so you get really good views from the campsite. Very secluded from other campsites. Very rocky though so be sure to bring sleeping pads if you decide to tent camp. We had a great time up there.

This was amazing. The location felt remote but was easy to access and had so many amenities. It was easy to walk up the road and be right in national forest. The hiking maps in the bear box were just one of many little inclusions that will bring us back!

I had a nice stay with my dog at the end of September. The view is as nice as everyone says. The site is big with an outdoor fire pit, but i didn't use. You are at 11k feet and will feel it hiking and chopping wood for kindling. That was fun with a heavy axe. The portable toilet is interesting. still not sure how I feel about it. Temps were down to 35 night but was fine inside with the wood stove. The road up is pretty rough, but I made it fine in a Tesla 3. Just go slow.

Beautiful camp site. Shawn was super helpful the entire time! We found a beautiful spot up a hill from the actual camp spot to hold my wedding ceremony! The sky was gorgeous and we have plenty of room to explore and be comfortable. My only complaint is the hill leading to the bridge was pretty steep. I would 100% come back! Loved the set up of this well built cabin. Wood stove was a nice feature and kept it nice and toasty inside even with freezing temps. Seclusive and convenient to hiking Mount Bross and even Mounts Lincoln, Cameron and Democrat. Saw a moose and several deer in the open area in front of the cabin which was a highlight.

This was a nice little site. It has plenty of shade but a nice clearing to see the night sky. A very sturdy fire pit and flat places for the tents. The host had great communication. Would stay again.

My family and I had an amazing time at Kodies land. The Rv location was great and we really enjoyed getting to see the animals and the common area allowed us to have more space to eat and drink coffee in the morning. Hosts were always accommodating and super friendly. Highly recommend!

Great campsite! My family and I really enjoyed ourselves. The creek was beautiful and we loved how spaced out all of the sites were. There was plenty of space for my 2 year old son to run around and explore. Definitely recommend!

The best part is that it is off the beaten path. Beautiful, private spot to hang out with the family and the dogs. Great fishing and hiking nearby. We would definitely book this spot again. Road to the property is a bit bumpy but easy for our Pathfinder and Outback.

Would 💯 stay again. Beautiful views. Very secluded. Loved the picnic tables and awning as well as the grill. The road up was all gravel, lots of pot holes for a few miles - kids loved the bumpy ride. High altitude campsite so prepare in advance.
