The house is located off a county-maintained hilly dirt road, so 4WD will be necessary in the winter months. There is a cafe and a small gas station convenience store a few miles away, and it’s only a 20-30 minute drive to reach the towns of Boulder, Arvada, and Nederland, and skiing at Eldora!Nestled on a cliff edge with panoramic canyon views, this tent site is a peaceful retreat for those who love the outdoors. Wake up to golden sunrises, unwind by the fire, and take in the quiet beauty of the foothills all around you.
