Our main house is one of two cabins in our almost 1 acre lot. You will have the main cabin (a little over 1000 sqft) to yourself. The tiny house on the front driveway entrance is ONLY available if you booked it together with the main cabin. ( see separate listing ) Homes are NOT rented seperately to different Families. Property will always remain private for your group.
You will get access to everything else in the property (except the tiny cabin, wood bridge between property lines to our neighbor and a locked closet in the bedroom for our storage).
You will check yourself in with a unique door code sent out to you prior to your arrival. Please take note of the code in case you don’t have signal before getting to our Wi-Fi.
It is the guest’s responsibility to check park status prior to booking their trip. We have no control over park closures and are an independent listing from the park.

UPDATED summer 2024: Being a true tongue and groove cabin with almost 20 foot ceilings, and having huge windows to maximize amazing views, our upstairs lofted bedroom does get warmer than most areas of the cabin. We recently added a portable AC and fan this summer to help with an already working mini split so you can have the option to use any of these items. It does come with some level of noise, you may use/adjust it to better suit your needs.
Our home is located in a mountain abundant with wild life. There will be leaves that constantly fall off trees, there will be spiders making their magical webs after we just dusted it off, there will be constant reminders of nature’s wonders. You will encounter lots of variety of birds, crickets, moth, lizards, critters, deer, bears and even snakes. Do not leave any food in your vehicle or outdoor areas, always keep your vehicle closed. Please attend to your children and do not allow to wander, there could be poison oak on the deep part of our property. We have giant boulders that are fun to climb on, but it is also a risk for falls as some are steep.

You’ll then immediately see our kitchen and dining room. Our kitchen table seats 4 and we have 2 barstools in the kitchen for the bar area. Down the hallway you’ll see our first bedroom with a Queen size bed, the laundry room, and a hallway bathroom. Then straight ahead you’ll see our master bedroom with a bathroom a walk-in closet, full bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. Our home does have AC/Heating by mini split units that are all new & purchased & installed in June 2022 and are maintained monthly.
We also have 2 twin folding beds that can be set up in either bedroom or the living room. Purchased August 2022 for additional sleeping.
Ring cameras are located on the outside of the property. No cameras are inside.
Enjoy a nice evening on the front patio enjoying nature.
A propane barbeque is located on the front porch.
Absolutely no smoking on the property. Wildfires are common in & around the area & Three Rivers is a very high-risk area. Three Rivers has faced evacuation warnings in both 2020 & 2021 due to local raging wildfires.

Our main house is one of two cabins in our almost 1 acre lot. You will have the main cabin (a little over 1000 sqft) to yourself. The tiny house on the front driveway entrance is ONLY available if you booked it together with the main cabin. ( see separate listing ) Homes are NOT rented seperately to different Families. Property will always remain private for your group.
You will get access to everything else in the property (except the tiny cabin, wood bridge between property lines to our neighbor and a locked closet in the bedroom for our storage).
You will check yourself in with a unique door code sent out to you prior to your arrival. Please take note of the code in case you don’t have signal before getting to our Wi-Fi.
It is the guest’s responsibility to check park status prior to booking their trip. We have no control over park closures and are an independent listing from the park.

UPDATED summer 2024: Being a true tongue and groove cabin with almost 20 foot ceilings, and having huge windows to maximize amazing views, our upstairs lofted bedroom does get warmer than most areas of the cabin. We recently added a portable AC and fan this summer to help with an already working mini split so you can have the option to use any of these items. It does come with some level of noise, you may use/adjust it to better suit your needs.
Our home is located in a mountain abundant with wild life. There will be leaves that constantly fall off trees, there will be spiders making their magical webs after we just dusted it off, there will be constant reminders of nature’s wonders. You will encounter lots of variety of birds, crickets, moth, lizards, critters, deer, bears and even snakes. Do not leave any food in your vehicle or outdoor areas, always keep your vehicle closed. Please attend to your children and do not allow to wander, there could be poison oak on the deep part of our property. We have giant boulders that are fun to climb on, but it is also a risk for falls as some are steep.

Then straight ahead you’ll see our master bedroom with a bathroom a walk-in closet, full bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. Our home does have AC/Heating by mini split units that are all new & purchased & installed in June 2022 and are maintained monthly.
We also have 2 twin folding beds that can be set up in either bedroom or the living room. Purchased August 2022 for additional sleeping.
Ring cameras are located on the outside of the property. No cameras are inside.

Absolutely no smoking on the property. Wildfires are common in & around the area & Three Rivers is a very high-risk area. Three Rivers has faced evacuation warnings in both 2020 & 2021 due to local raging wildfires.

Coin Laundry “Bright Laundry Services” is located across the street.
Two large tanks provide water for hot showers. Located under a covered parking port, guests can park a car in front of the trailer being mindful to leave enough space for another car to pass to the back unit. Pet’s welcome for a fee, please review our policies below.
Sleeping Accommodations:
1 Queen bed + Twin bunk beds - sleeps 2 guests comfortably
Guests have the entire RV to themselves and can park one car snugly in front of the RV being sure to leave space for another car to pass to the back unit. Contactless check-in is provided by keypad.
• The RV can accommodate up to 2 guests.
• We require a key deposit of $200; Please make sure to return the key back in the lockbox when you check out. Deposit will be refunded within 24 hours of checkout.
• The trailer is in a static position and can not be moved/driven.
• The gardener comes each Wednesday to the property grounds
• This is a ‘pet-friendly’ property, please read ‘house rules’ for details.
• Property is located on a semi-busy road, please use caution when crossing.
• Refer to ‘house rules’ below for general awareness on our extended rules and policies.

Weekend Trip to Delilah Ridge Winery
This was my second time staying at Delilah Ridge Winery, and me and my partner love stopping here so much! It’s a lovely stop for us when driving from SoCal to Sacramento, and is very close to Kings Canyon/Sequoia NPs. Such a beautiful spot!

1 night at 3R Ranch Retreat
Loved spending the night here with a couple friends! It’s a perfect, cozy spot to spend a night or two while exploring the national parks and local mountains. If you’re looking for something easier than camping or setting up your own campsite, but still has the feel of being outdoors, this is it! The heater works great, water gets hot (wifi does not reach the trailer however, and cell reception ranges from decent to absolutely nonexistent- but if you really need to use a phone, the wifi works great closer to the house). The coffee was such a perk in the morning! Thanks so much!

A perfect five-star stay! The combination of the incredibly gracious hosts, Joe and Kim, and the unbeatable proximity to Sequoia National Park makes this lodging a must-book. It was the perfect basecamp for exploring the park's famous trails and towering, ancient trees. We especially appreciated the easy access to nearby dining establishments and the fun, nostalgic candy shop—it added a unique and sweet touch to our entire trip!

My stay in Three Rivers was absolutely wonderful! The place was super clean, cozy, and very well taken care of. I spent two amazing nights there — it’s peaceful, surrounded by nature, and the perfect spot to relax and recharge. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures (or even better!). We had a family trip planned to Sequoia NP and had a great stay with an infant and a toddler, 2 grandparents, and 4 adults. The house is spacious, well-appointed, conveniently located, and very clean. The kitchen has a great selection of appliances and cookware so you can easily make meals at home, and we enjoyed the pool (though a bit chilly this time of year!) and hot tub. Juneffer is a really responsive and accommodating host who clearly cares about her guests, and the property is a great reflection of it, with lots of attention to detail and small unexpected touches (snacks, lots of games and books for kids). Highly recommend if you want to be in the area!

Weekend Trip to Sequoia Highland Camp
We had a blast at yurt 17 and are already looking at dates to come back! Our only regret was that we did not stay longer. The yurt is equipped with staple amenities including a kettle and fridge. It has power and to our surprise WiFi. We stayed in mid October and I do wish we would have brought a couple extra blankets as it was pretty chilly even though there seemed to be a heater in the yurt. The yurt has plenty of privacy and we felt like we had the whole camp to ourselves.
The communal bath house was very clean and several bathroom stalls and showers which made it really nice to be able to get in and out.
The stargazing area was also amazing! We saw the milkyway and several constellations! Definitely make time for this!

What a delight! Our experience at Sierra Highland Camp was nothing short of wonderful, we wish we’d been able to stay longer. We booked an overnight in a yurt; such a comfortable stay complete with cooking gear, BBQ, and heater. The make your own bed set up was clear and easy. The bathroom blocks were great, updated, spacious, and clean. This is a great location to explore the surrounding National Forest, Kings Canyon, and Sequoia NPs. We look forward to returning and spending more time.
