Only 1-1/2 miles from Restaurants, Malls, Movies & much more. 3 miles to Kings River. 15 Miles to Lemoore NAS. 2 Hours from Ocean, 1 hour from Sequoia Redwoods. 3 Hous from Yosemite. 4 Hours between Los Angeles & San Francisco. The Studio is immaculately cleaned after each guest checks out. Great care is taken to ensure everything you touch has been sanitized for your protection and peace of mind. The space Studio and parking area located on private property near main house. Converted shop into a beautiful studio. Private driveway to the back of the property with ample parking and night lights. We have a driveway on the left and the right to your Airbnb. The road on the right will be used when you spend your first night here. After that, we request that you use the road behind the big shop on the left for leaving and entering. This request is made out of respect for our neighbor. Thank you Guest access You will have access to the studio and the parking area for the studio. We have a keyless entry. You will receive the code prior to arriving. Also you will have access to a private gazebo where you can eat and enjoy your morning coffee or cup of tea outside and enjoy the beautiful sunsets, weather permitting in the evening. Other things to note Do not book with us if you live within 100 miles of this location. This space is for travelers only! No locals!!! If you are under 21 years of age please do not book with us.

This RV is truly one of a kind. Completely gutted and redone. with privacy shades. Built in stereo system. Two TVs. Full kitchen with microwave. Two air conditioners. Full bathroom with large shower. Private bedroom with queen size bed. Living room area has a futon that lets down into a bed that is full size. Free laundry room on the premises. Supply your own soap. Outside picnic area with BBQ. Fire pit, Picnic Tables. No indoor Fireplace. Has Smoke Alarm & Fire Extinguisher & First Aid.
