Our mission is help enrich the culture of Perris, CA by providing a unique venue that takes you away from the hustle and bustle and takes you to a wonderland of nature surrounded by rocks and eucalyptus trees.
Anson and I continue to build everything ourselves with the help of our friends and family every now and again. Our process is that we source as much lumber using the dead Eucalyptus trees we have here on the 36 acre property and we are constantly trying to come up with innovative ways to use recycled and donated materials in the venue. During the pandemic, we turned our venue into a campground so we could open up the venue to people who needed to get out into nature. We are now open for daily camping and private events. For those who are coming to Temecula for horse shows, we also have a large barn with bedded stalls and turnouts (for an additional fee). There are designated horse trails right outside our gates which will even take you to Galway Downs and California Ranch Company. If you're into golf, you can enjoy Temecula's 7 PGA golf courses or Pechanga Casino which are also within a short driving distance to the farm. If horses or golf isn't your thing, you can visit Temecula Valley wineries which are all ~ 1/2-3.8 miles of the cottage gates. The wineries are not within walking distance of each other, UBER is only too happy to come here and pick you up! If you're not interested in any activities and simply want a "staycation," you can hang out here where you're welcomed to walk around the farm and interact with the animals. Our process is that we source as much lumber using the dead Eucalyptus trees we have here on the 36 acre property and we are constantly trying to come up with innovative ways to use recycled and donated materials in the venue. During the pandemic, we turned our venue into a campground so we could open up the venue to people who needed to get out into nature. We are now open for daily camping and private events. This place is really incredible, the photos are accurate, it’s tucked away enough that it feels very private, and still convenient if you wanted to head out for dinner. Beautiful facility, you don’t need to be self contained, because everything is there from the amazing outside shower, restroom area, outdoor kitchen, and awesome patio. And having a secure area for my dogs was perfect
I was planning to tent camp, but was offered the use of a teardrop trailer to sleep in. The fire on the patio under the stars was just what I needed to relax. I’ll definitely be back again.

Wonderful stay! Our host Jason was absolutely lovely. Very attentive. The grounds were gorgeous. We were able to let our dog off leash to roam around. They had goats and chickens, a wonderful gift basket and hiking right off the property. It was truly a beautiful and wonderful time -so relaxing we will be back!

The family had a wonderful experience glamping in The wine country of Temecula. The host kind, accommodating, and attentive. We were really planning on just having a little home base at the site, but just hanging out in the little farm atmosphere was the highlight of our trip.

This was unexpectedly a wonderful place to stay. Unexpected because we did not think that such a tranquil beautiful place could be found so close to civilization. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the tour that Lacy gave on our arrival. It felt a little bit like a step back in time.
Lacey was a gracious host and we enjoyed our interaction with her.
Overnight was super dark, quiet, and peaceful. We slept like babies.
We highly recommend a stay here.
Would recommend having levelers with you if you don’t already have them for the gazebo place where we stayed.

She generously allowed us to use her land as a filming location for our short film, and she was nothing but kind, communicative, and accommodating throughout the entire process. She made everything easy and stress-free, which meant so much to our small production team. The property itself was beautiful and exactly what we needed. I stayed at Lacy’s place in my sprinter van for two nights that were great. The place is peaceful and quiet. Lacy met me at the security gate when I pulled in taking me to the spot I backed into for my stay. I recommend staying here and when there check out the trail down to the pond for a serene experience.

Lacy and Ben were the kindest, most accommodating hosts that we have experienced on Hip camp so far. They were very welcoming and attentive, as we enjoyed conversation with them. Although the Owl Creek site was not a good fit for us, they were very flexible and guided us in moving to the Cricket Cove site which was just right. Private, peaceful and quiet as well as surrounded with a natural beauty including a spring fed pond, it was just what we were looking for. Although the drive and turn into the spot seemed challenging at first, it was no problem and the site itself was roomy and level complete with electric availability.

Our host, Jeanie, was very responsive to our last minute request to stay. We were grateful to have a safe, friendly place to park for the night. Our 24’ RV had level ground next to water and a little table and two chairs to use when the morning sun invited us over to soak up some ray.s. We felt at ease with the few others sharing the land. We would stop in again when traveling that direction.

Beautiful and rugged spot in Loma Linda. easy on and off the highway and great town. Nice little neighborhood. Needs a little bit of upkeep and the road is lots of bumps and potholes, but other than that it is as promised.

These hosts were super accommodating and very responsive and kind. We were the only ones to brave camping in the rain so they helped us find an easier site to suit the weather conditions. It’s a beautiful remote camp area where you can feel like you escape the busy SoCal life. Would definitely come back!
