Nopalito Farm has been in operation since late 2014, but the property itself has been a working farm for over 50 years. Lemons and avocados were the primary crops from the 70’s through the 00’s, and are still prominent throughout our 15 acres. Our predecessors then diversified the growing operation by planting a wide range of fruit trees ranging from guavas and passion fruit to peaches and figs. For a decade, hops were grown on 2 acres and were sold to breweries throughout southern California. We’ve since replaced the hop yard with perennial flowers, but continue to cultivate a wide variety of delicious fruits.

We have recently given the entire cabin a fresh remodel! It’s even more cozy than before complete with new kitchen, vaulted wood beam ceilings, fresh flooring and lots of Pendelton blankets! You will LOVE IT!
Master has a queen bed, while the 2nd bedroom has 4 twin bunk beds. We also have a firepit! Been coming to this magical part of the San bernardino mountains since I was a little girl. I learned to ski here when there was an old ski hill and tow ropes! Lots of mountain trails to hit right out the front door! My Father and Grandfather both spent time here and nothing has changed! It is single story with all open beam ceilings, wood floors throughout and hiking right out the door to miles and miles of trails! Beautiful spot, well maintained, and great amenities. Kitchen was practically professional grade and really did have everything you could want/need. Lots of hot water in bathrooms (which was great in December). Hilltop yurt was spacious and clean and the tempurpedic mattresses and down comforter were perfect on those cold rainy days. And the fact it was set on a covered platform really protected us from the worst of the wind and rain.

We absolutely loved staying at Campo Napolito. We stayed in the Eureka Casita which is very nice, spacious, and has a lovely minimal interior. The front porch and fire pit out front are amazing. We could have sat out there with our dogs for days. A big star of this property is the kitchen. It is very well equipped with just about anything you could ask for. When we were there, it really felt like a community with everyone gathering in the kitchen and easily sharing the space to cook at the same time. The communal seating areas are also very well done.
Jacob was an incredible host and we had a great time talking with him about his property and would love to visit again.

My partner, Pyro (dog), and myself had a great stay at Jacob's property. We arrived a bit later in the evening due to heavy traffic and it was so nice to get out of the city and just relax. The kitchen area was a great spot to socialize with Jacob and his partner and a couple other guests. The setup is pretty neat and offers privacy from other hip camping guests and has some great views. We stayed in the tent and the beds and bedding were both very comfortable. The nice hot outdoor shower was a bonus to have and Gurtie (farm dog) was also a sweety.

The place was awesome and cozy. The sky was so clear for stargazing and the area was so peaceful. Jacob was so awesome and helpful. He made sure we weee very well take care of, brought us lights and an extra blanket so that we could be warm through the night. Will definitely be coming back here!

Absolutely wonderful. Comfortable cabin with plenty of warm blankets, nice and clean bathrooms/shower, fully stocked and highly functional kitchen, all on a stunning plot of the desert. My only regret is not getting to stay longer.

We loved the Stargazer Cabin. And the fenced back yard had a super fire pit area. With bean bag chairs and a nice grill, too. Also, we drove out there in our Class C RV and they even had a 30-amp hook-up and water. Very nice surprise. We would definitely go back. We’re thinking of bringing our grandson because the property is very close to an OHV area that would be fun. All in all, it was pretty much perfect.

We loved our stay here. The spot feels incredibly private and peaceful, with wide-open desert views in every direction. The hot tub under the stars was a highlight, and the fire pit made our nights feel cozy and memorable. Everything was easy to access, clearly marked, and exactly as described. Staying at coyote cabana on nopalito farm was such a great experience. Jacob was very friendly and keeps the land well maintained. The comfort of sleeping on mattresses with warm blankets made our get away so much more comfortable. If you are looking for a casual get away from home and want to enjoy nature, this is the place to stay. The host’s dog Gertie is very friendly and played all day with our dog Loba. Off leash friendly was what stood out to us when booking this location.

Stayed one night in Roadrunner with my dog Poppy. The farm is really beautiful and well-kept. We had a cozy night of sleep and we loved hanging out with Gertie the farm dog. I live 40 mins away but this was the perfect getaway from the city. Lots of bird spotting and a beautiful sunset. The kitchen has everything you need. Will definitely return!
