Perfect for a quick stay in a small campervan. Host had great communication. Location had power available to charge up devices. Full bathroom in a small out building. Reviews of dirty bathroom are accurate, however, this bathroom is located on a working horse facility. It is used by workers and visitors in addition to campers. The location is dusty and windy, so the cleanliness of the bathroom is to be expected. There are paper towels, cleaning spray, and a broom. I took 5 minutes to sweep and wipe down the sink and toilet for my own use. I would consider giving this bathroom 5 stars if comparing to a vault toilet at a campground. Having warm water to wash my hands and face felt like a luxury. Bring shower shoes and expect farm conditions. Never smelled the horses and it was nice to hear and see them while having breakfast. Safe for solo travelers. Would stay again if visiting the area.

We loved camping on the Ranch! There's nothing better than sleeping right next to horses and watching the sunrise with this unbelievable view. We are definitely coming back to this place!

Wonderful place. I like being around horses. Very close to the desert international horse park. Sarah was there and to greet me when I arrived and she gave me a quick tutorial on the RV.

Beautiful location and welcoming host! I loved watching the sunset behind the mountains and meeting all the horses. Very peaceful stay

Laura is very nice, the property is very nice. We knew we were staying at an equestrian site and are familiar with what accompanies the horses. Our site was grassy, level and had shade. Getting in and out of the property was easy and a short biking distance to town. The bathroom was the only part of our stay that needed to be mentioned. They cleaned the bathroom after our arrival and a few other guests as it was quite dirty. Being on an equestrian site you expect dust and flies, the shower is a pipe coming out of the wall with very limited hot water, like maybe 5 gallons. Turn the water off between soaping and rinsing. I also cleaned the toilet on day 2. My only suggestion is to be clear about the bathroom facility, yes there is running water, toilet and a shower. It wasn't terrible and a lot better than an out house.

The camping environment was great. Very peaceful and quiet. I did have some trouble with my electric hookup not fitting their plug but I texted Laura and she was able to remedy this quickly. Would def stay again!

Great place to enjoy this part of the desert. Horses and friendly staff were a huge bonus. Just be prepared for lots of flies (working horse park/estate) and associated smells. Not overwhelming, just something to remember. The utilities (w\s) were in disrepair (didn’t use as we are self-contained and only one night) and bathroom, was, yes, a bathroom, in name only. 50$ a bit steep IMO.

Everything was perfect. We let the owner know that we were going to arrive late in the night and she left the lights on so we could see were was our spot and the restrooms. Very quiet and the horses were beautiful.

We loved walking up to see all the horses. It is down a dirt road, and we arrived after dark, but Laura came out and helped find her place. We would stay again.
