What an incredible story this place has. The owners have clearly followed God's creative direction and created a heavenly oasis in the middle of the Trinity Alps. The highlight for sure is rafting down the river, which I didn't have enough time to do. This is def a family camp, stay for a few days kinda place. My studio room was big and clean and had everything I needed microwaving my dinner and a quick breakfast. Although you could happily be fed every meal and drink at the cafe!

This place is AMAZING!! We will be back the first chance we get. Well worth a 9 hour drive with 2 adults and 3 dogs in a compact car. They had everything ready for us when we arrived. The kitchen is complete with a pantry full of spices and staples. They have dishes and silverware. A griddle and a hot plate to cook on if you don’t want to cook over ther fire. They even have an espresso/cappuccino maker. Loved the coffee maker in the tent. They have paddle boards,canoes and fishing poles to use at your leisure. It’s stunningly beautiful here! So much so, we stayed an extra day! It’s easy access to the river from the camp right around the corner. Our dogs liked it so much , I’m having trouble getting the last one in the car. We had the best time! Dreading going back to the city. Going back to a heat wave. Bummer! At least when I get back to work, I will have purpose. To keep working to save enough to come back! Thank you so much for a much needed break from L.A. and the best most memorable vacation EVER! This place is the best. Will never camp again. For us, it’s Glamping or nothing. Weekend Trip to Perch Riverview Glamping
Beautiful and peaceful spot right above the river. The tent was cozy and felt private despite being on a share site. The bathrooms are super clean and the kitchen was stocked with cooking tools and utensils. The trail leading down to the river was fun! Definitely hoping to visit again!

My wife and I were road tripping our way up north from Temecula for our 26th wedding anniversary.
We stayed in the Perch for couple nights and absolutely loved it.
Sitting on the Perch porch overlooking the river was so relaxing.
The communal bathroom was clean and convenient. Even though we braught everything we needed, the communal kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to prepare any meal you can think of. We even figured out the puzza oven!
The walk down to the river isnt bad at all and the little swimming hole keeps you out of the current. They have a whole host of water toys, like paddle boards and floaties, goggles and flippers.
The hosts were very friendly and communicative.
Town is litterally 3 minutes away.
We highly recomend staying here and cant wait to do it again!

The Perch is a magical getaway! Stunning river views pair perfectly with a cozy tent adorned with fairy lights, creating an enchanting vibe. We visited in May when the weather was perfect, falling asleep to the sounds of the river and waking to the songs of birds and the river’s ecosystem! We loved the privacy and well-designed communal spaces, like the outdoor kitchen and bathroom (very nice and clean!). River access via a short hike was a fantastic perk. Best of all, Jo and Ro’s hospitality made our stay unforgettable!

We had a great experience at this glamping location. Out Host Johana was very kind and accommodative lady. We had very pleasant experience during April spring break. We had 2 young children and total 4 of us stayed in a single canvas tent facing meadow. The entire campsite was for us and only last night another family occupied another tent site. Host provided us all basic kitchen facilities, flush toilet, hot showers and even big kitchen sink with hot water, potable water, cooking pans and dishes! Only one thing to notice is entrance is very tricky to find. and it was quite muddy too! This muddy entrance gives an opportunity to wash your car thoroughly. otherwise the location is very scenic, very close to nature. serene and pristine on the bank of Trinity river. I will love to visit again.

4 nights at Perch Riverview Glamping
We LOVED this place! Every detail has been thought of, down to the range of utensils provided in the kitchen and the toiletries provided in the gorgeous bathhouse. We were easily able to do all of our cooking on-site and freshen up after a long day hiking. The heater and cozy bedding kept us warm at night even through a rain/windstorm! Honestly, the listing photos don't do it justice! It is a little slice of heaven, complete with rope swings and a hammock. We highly recommend this spot for a true GLAMping experience that still feels connected to nature. While not immediately near some of the must-see sights in the region the beautiful mountain drive to Redwoods National Park and the coast didn't feel like a hassle at all. We are definitely planning to come back during warmer months to take full advantage of this beautiful place!
