1 night at Cedar Bloom

We appreciated the beauty of this land and the flexibility where to camp. We relished in awakening under the forest canopy on a green and wild flower carpeted forest floor, to the sound of the river below and sights of magpie and other beautiful birds flying nearby. The sauna heated quickly and the quick walk to a cool river dip refreshed us before heading out. We support the efforts of Cedar Bloom’s stewards and their sharing of its bounty with the neighboring native inhabitants. We will return and recommend this spot as a gem to visit.

Very nice staff/owners. Very helpful in recommending local attractions to see/do. We stayed in the tent side and our side was easy to get to and has horse shoe pit and a small handmade putt putt area as well. Bathrooms were clean

I absolutely LOVED Mystic Forest Campground! It was a perfect, peaceful little spot right in the middle of the redwoods and 5 minutes from the ocean! The owners were a lovely, welcoming couple with lots of information and suggestions! They even have a cute little gift shop with an espresso machine! I will definitely be back when Im in the area!

Extremely welcoming hosts, would happily come back again if my travels bring me back to the area. Campsite was clear and relaxing, lots of birds chirping and the store has character. All in all, I had a good stay here highly recommend

We had an amazing experience at Mystic Forest! The campground is conveniently located right by the highway but the property is beautiful and quiet. The campsites are lovely and surrounded by beautiful redwood trees. There is everything you need here- little campstore, free showers with hot water, well equipped game room with lots of fun activities, wifi and charging available, and even a fun little minigolf course! The campstore offers some cute merch, firewood, food and delicious coffee! Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the owners- they were very friendly, welcoming and really went out of their way to make our experience perfect! They provided a map, instructions and told us everything we needed to know about the campground. Our only regret is not staying longer, but at least now we know where to stay when we’re back in the area! ;)

Amazing spot. Camped with redwood trees, bathrooms and showers were clean, firewood for sale on site. And it was in the middle of the redwood state and national parks part of the PCH. Perfect spot to explore the area.

Cedar Bloom was so much more than me (F20) and my friend (F20) expected!!! We absolutely LOVED the vibe the land gave us, as well as the hospitality of the staff and the campers.It was VERY clean and had so many amenities and things to do around the camp! Definitely coming back soon!! <3

Will definitely stay here again in the future. The camp host was such a sweetheart. We loved meeting one of camp cats, enjoyed the river spots and tea room. This place is definitely it’s own kind of magic. The composting toilets were a very nice change from the hold-in-the-ground bathrooms at most other campsites. The showers were very nice to have access to. Everything was well maintained, easy to find, and the whole property was just beautiful. You won’t regret booking here, in fact it will change your whole perspective on camping :) Thank you for having us!

We had a wonderful time at Mystic Forest! The location was perfect, close to tons of fun activities to do in the redwoods. Our camp spot was clean and spacious. Patrick had excellent communication prior to our arrival and answered all my questions. He was also very helpful when we were there, giving us advice on local trails, and genuinely just being a friendly dude. The campground was also well loved by our kids, from the mini golf course, to the game room, and an ice cream treat from the store. The hot showers were also a wonderful bonus!!! We will be back!

Weekend Trip to Mystic Forest Campground

Birdie was so comfortable and cozy after a day of exploring. The hosts were so kind and welcoming. The showers had hot water, and the coffee machine in the office was a nice touch. The campground had close proximity to many great trails and parks and was so close to the beach for sunsets. I can’t wait to come back.

Weekend Trip to Ossia Village Farm

Absolute great experience. The pictures don’t do it justice. Ossia is such a beautiful property with the friendliest animals and farm manager. It’s conveniently close enough to the city but still tucked away in the woods to get a “roughing it” type of feel. The vibe of the farm promotes a sense of belonging— there’s a bonding with neighboring campers when in the communal areas and tending to the animals throughout the day.

Weekend Trip to Ossia Village Farm

Ossia Village Farm is a great place to stay. Dar, who is the host, showed us around the dynamic organic farm and let us feed the Scottish Highland cattle on a neighboring lot. Dar is generous with his time and his mom's soda bread is delicious. The camp site is clean and the restrooms are well maintained. This was our second trip there and I look forward to visiting again soon.

Cedar Bloom was purchased in the spring of 2017 by Spirit Weavers Gathering as a place of peace and healing, for all walks of life. Spirit Weavers is an annual women's gathering which happens once a year each June. We host over 1,200 women in just two weeks on the land. Our beautiful forested land is located in Southern Oregon, in a small town off the 199 Redwood Highway. The land which we call home is 100 acres of beautiful protected forest and sits upon a mile of the Illinois River. We are very fortunate to be surrounded by a widely diverse population of flora and fauna. As caretakers of this sacred land, we feel a strong responsibility to honor our plant and animal allies by not only protecting them and their habitat, but also to help educate others about what lives and grows here by providing people with opportunities to experience the beauty of these plants and animals for themselves. For this reason, We are honored to host the many different groups who will gather here on this land for learning and communing with the nature that flourishes here. We feel very fortunate to be involved in this process of helping promote a sustainable and abundant future for all living things on this planet by sharing knowledge and skills from the human past that can make a sustainable lifestyle a reality for everyone everywhere. Klamath’s Best Kept Secret

Tucked away at the edge of the Klamath Glen neighborhood, our family-owned campground has been welcoming guests for over 40 years. Surrounded by towering trees in the heart of Redwood National Forest and just a few minutes from the Pacific Ocean, this is a true hidden gem on California’s North Coast. We offer a rustic, old-fashioned camping experience. It’s a mix of open field and scattered trees, with both RVs and tent campers on site. Neighbors will be nearby, but the vibe is quiet and relaxed—especially in the off-season, when you might have the place nearly to yourself. The Klamath River is just over the levee—a short walk from your site—with great access for fishing, swimming, or simply relaxing by the water. The river is world-famous for salmon and steelhead fishing (license required). August and September are peak fishing months, so expect a few early morning engines from folks heading out. We’re only 4 miles off Highway 101, far enough to enjoy peace and quiet without traffic noise. Wildlife is part of the experience here, so please stash your food at night to keep critters out of camp. Outdoor lovers will find plenty to explore nearby—hiking and biking trails, the Trees of Mystery, Jet Boat Tours, and, of course, miles of redwood forest to get lost in. A few things to note: Firewood available Cell service can be spotty, depending on your carrier. Free Wi-Fi is available and reaches most of the campground. Electric car charging is $10 per charge. Please arrange ahead of time—50 amp service is limited, and you’ll need your own adapters. Well-behaved pets are welcome. Kids and laughter are always welcome. Dry camping, 30 Amp and 50 Amp pull-through sites available
