Our night staying at Ossia was very nice having 2 bathroom facilities, one with a shower was very. i liked the animals and the garden is pretty. our host was very accomodating and was helpful giving us directions on where to get things and town and where to go to see the sunset on the beach. i would recomend this site for its facilities and quiet surroundings as well the friendly host

My daughter and I car-camped at Ossia Farm and had the best time! The family who owns the property is so sweet and welcoming and Dar, the farm manager, is the most hospitable and kind person I think I have ever met! He let my teen daughter join right in with helping with the animals, he helped her pick her own salad from the garden for dinner, took us on a walk through the redwoods at the back of the property, and made our stay absolutely delightful. Thank you!

I've been waiting until I have some uninterrupted time to sit down and write a review of my stay at Ossia Village Farm. That time doesn't seem to be forthcoming, and maybe it's just as well since you're not here for a novel, just a quick review. My friend Jo and I have stayed a number of Hipcamps over the past few years and have had uniformly great experiences. But none come close to the experience of staying at Ossia Village Farm. The second I pulled into the gate, I knew that I was going to be sad to leave when the time came. Between the cows, goats, chickens, dog and free range children, entertainment was on tap. Hanya and Dar were hosts of the highest order. We picked potatoes and cooked them for breakfast and had off-the-vine cucumbers with our lunch. The property is beautifully stewarded and fellow campers made the experience all the richer, swapping stories, roasting marshmallows...it was instant, if temporary, community. The surrounding areas are full of surprises and easy access swimming opportunities. And I was right...I was sad to leave. Many many thanks to Dar, Hanya, and all the amazing kids who made our stay even better.

My daughters and I loved our stay at Ossia’s Village Farm. Hanya was warm and welcoming and Dar was so helpful and showed us the many wonderful things at camp. We loved feeding the cows, goats and sheep each morning. The shower in the greenhouse was an experience. My first experience camping was amazing at Ossia’s and we look forward to coming back if we’re back in the area.

We truly enjoyed my stay on the Ossia Village Farm. I felt welcome, safe and blessed by the abundance of the farm. My host Dar was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and peaceful guy. He was truly delightful 😊. The farm is very unique and I learned a lot as well. I love gardening myself, so it was a special treat to be camped in harmony with the land. The facilities were super clean and more then I'd expected. A shower in the greenhouse added bonus!
I eat fresh greens from the greenhouse and fresh duck eggs in the morning. I helped feed the neighboring highland cows, they are so beautiful and such gentle creatures. My little dog was welcomed. He enjoyed his sniffs around the treble cleft and redwoods. We truly enjoyed a peaceful stay. ✌️ Thank you Hanya for your great communications and opening 🙏 ❤️ your lovely farm to us. We were blessed to stay with you.

Such a beautiful place! We had a garden side camping spot, which was private but close enough to the bathrooms and other sites that we could easily wander over if we chose. Everybody was super friendly and helpful. We had a great visit and would definitely stay again if we came back to visit the redwoods.

This is a beautiful site. Hanya, with help of Dar, are in early stages of planting a site of flowers and edibles. They have cows and goats. Around one edge there is forestry. Like any farm and work in progress there is evidence on this and don’t respect a manicured site and no plastic. However the outdoor kitchen it perfect. Really clean and good toilet and shower. So friendly and sociable. Loved our stay. Especially good for our 13yr old who could run free!! Thank you.

I had a wonderful three nights at Ossia Farm. Two nights just wasn’t enough time to explore the area and enjoy the farm. I highly recommend this property for a safe, happy, and enjoyable place to stay.

I loved this camp! It’s full of animals including Highland cows and lots of flowers. There are redwoods in the back of the large property. The hosts are very friendly and will engage in informative and friendly conversation. I was sad to leave!

This place is so amazing! This is my second time here and I can’t recommend it enough. Dar the farm manager is there to greet you, give the tour and attend to all Your needs including having hot fresh pressed French roast coffee ready every morning. The property is large so even if there are a lot of guests you have your space to yourself and you can pick your spot to camp. From the animals to the camping field to the trails, grardens, greenhouse shower and everything in between this place has a little
Something for everyone . I will be back again and again.

We loved our stay here and wish we had more time to spend on the farm. Hanya has created such a welcoming culture on this property and we truly didn’t want to leave. We were visiting with our 2 young children and it was such a great spot if your traveling with kids! Highly recommend!

Our family had a lovely two days here. You really feel you’re far away from your busy life. We could set our tent up in the middle of their field surrounded by flours. Our kids had an awesome time playing with other kids and feeding the cows and goats. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Clean flush toilets and filtered water. There is little shade so a clear sky can be hot in a tent. We stayed on cloudy days which was ideal in my opinion. Recommended!

The farm experience was a lot of fun! Dar showed us around, provided lots of food and feeding opportunities with the goats, cows, ducks, chickens, and more! The outdoor kitchen was really handy - especially the mini fridge and some plug areas for charging! I grew up with animals, so I knew what to expect (lots of animal noises (especially in the early AM) and brought ear plugs :) We would definitely stay again!
