Dar was our host and utterly amazing! The campsite has a ton of great amenities - everything from a kitchenette with cooking supplies, bathrooms and showers and more! Beautiful property and would definitely come back!

Great time at Ossia Village farm! Was very quiet at night and the animals were a delight to interact with. The greenhouse shower was unique in a good way -- felt like I was taking a bath in a garden. Would happily go again

This was the best camping experience I have ever had! I had an amazing time, Dar was sososososo nice and accommodating and we had the most amazing time on the land with all the animals. Such a beautiful and relaxing site and such good energy everywhere!
What a wonderful stay! The combination of garden and farm made for a peaceful and magical stay. Our kids loved exploring the gardens, engaging with all of the animals, and playing in the redwoods. It was a perfect launching point for our coastal adventures!

Dar, the farm manager, showed us around the beautiful farm once we got there. We fed some animals and learned about their vision for the farm. We slept in our roof tent in the center of the farm and art piece. We got some wonderful and much needed rest! Wonderful, beautiful people and property. We will be coming back!

The ground ar beautiful, overflowing with Animals, flowers and edible forigable snacks. The hosts are kind and welcoming. Definitely a place we'd come back to.

This was our second time back to this beautiful farm. Since our last visit 1 year ago, the far has developed more among its beautiful gardens and animals. As always, Dar, was a great host and so was new addition, Julie! Our friends enjoyed the stay very much and we can't wait to return again soon in the near future!

After a three week road trip where I stayed primarily at Hipcamps, I can safely say this was my favorite. I had a lovely semi-private spot surrounded by flowers. The property is set up to allow for privacy when you want it but also to facilitate interaction with the hosts and other campers. The hosts are friendly, generous people. I highly recommend Ossia Farm!

This is a special camping experience. Wonderful people and a very unique environment with demonstration agriculture and animals lovingly cared for. I am so looking forward to my next trip that will allow me to stay once again at Ossia Village.
What a great find near Redwood State and National Park. We used one of the RV sites that has better electrical connections than most RV parks (50A 220v, 30A 110v and 20A 120v). The farm is beautiful with all the flowers and it was fun to see all the animals including Ducks and a Turtle. The common area camp kitchen was handy and the fire pit welcoming. Hanya and Eric were great and have really created something unique.
This camping site was a last minute booking on my roadtrip and my favorite. I was blown away by how beautiful the land is!!! I parked in the garden and car camped, my car was surrounded by all the flowers and veggies growing. Dar greeted me and showed me around and his passion was really inspiring. I loved all the animals and the community feel. Hanya introduced me to the other campers and it felt really comfortable. I will definitely be back😍

We had the loveliest time at Hanya’s farm. While we were only there for a quick stop on our road trip south, and we left wishing we could have more time there. Between the comforting atmosphere and welcoming hosts, it was the perfect way to start our trip. Say ‘hi’ to Momma Ginger and Thelma for us!

I’d have to have an hours-long phone conversation to say enough good things about this place.
It is magical in every sense, whimsical, beautiful, cozy and inviting. Hanya is an absolute gem of a human being and the team on the farm, Dar and Julia work tirelessly to ensure this is a haven for everyone who comes through.
Key context here is that we worked with them for several parts of our wedding. They graciously hosted our rehearsal dinner in the shelter of their redwood stand, or reception in the central note of the gorgeously planted treble clef that takes over a large part of the farm grounds and they made every single thing we worked with them on for our wedding events smooth, and perfect. It was everything we could have wanted and so much more!
Come to camp and leave as part of their ever growing family. The domes are so comfortable and amenities abound!
Definitely, absolutely have your wedding here! We will forever be in their corner. There aren’t enough stars to be given.

this was such a lovely stop on our way to the redwoods!
my partner said staying here was the highlight of our trip!
the outdoor kitchen & garden area was so precious & the flowers were blooming & beautiful.
the animals! loved the ducks, turtles, chickens, goats, sheep & especially the highland cows.
the bathroom and shower area were very clean and conveniently located.
the tent space we were offered was level, and on freshly mowed grass with a little area to set up your own kitchen if you wanted to.
the hosts were amazing & so kind!
dar gave us some firewood for the communal fire pit and also gave us some vegetables to feed the cows & goats.
the farm is just beautiful and so fun to stroll thru, there’s a grove of redwoods adjacent & a very quick drive to a beautiful beach just a few minutes away.
crescent city and jedidiah smith redwoods are a quick drive.
i loved that it was a working farm and i enjoyed waking up to the rooster and the cows in the morning.

Best farm stay ever. I messaged the host a day before and asked if they could accommodate date an arrival before our reservation. They did. The farm is quaint and in a great location just north of Crescent City. Animals all over the place. They have a caretaker named Dar that is epic human being. Helpful, kind and if you have kids he will keep them entertained with work on the farm if you desire.
This is our third year going here! Even on long road trips, it is worth going the extra hours out of the way just to spend time on the farm.. The farm is a magical place where kids are encouraged to explore, get their hands dirty and play. It is unlike any other place we have been. Who makes this place extra special is a wonderful man named Dar. He is amazing with kids. Dar has the spirit of a teacher patient, calm, and always excited to share his knowledge about the plants, animals, farming. He empowers kids and makes them feel they can do anything and are really making a difference on the farm. My son calls it his paradise. He is so excited to learn new things and help around the farm that he barely wants to go explore the beautiful redwoods right around the corner. This year we brought our friends and their kids. Instantly they felt the way we do about the farm and Dar. It’s a special place!
We had a wonderful time and would recommend Ossia Village Farm to anyone! The highlights were the incredibly generous hospitality from Dar & Julian, beautiful grounds (blooming flowers, private redwood grove, creative gardens, koi and duck pools, amenities etc.), sweet animals, and abundant opportunities for fun and relaxing. We’re so grateful for our stay!

Awesome host, unique location, we had a great time there!
One of my favorite places to stay ever. Host is amazing, facilities are excellent. Shower in the greenhouse is very nice. Theres another shower in a standard bathroom room also. Outdoor kitchen is well equipped. The farm is a work of art and it has progressively gotten better since I visited before in 2024
The perfect stay. Absolutely no complaints. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. From sharing home cooked meals with us to inviting us to explore the large and beautiful property. The first thing you’ll notice is the beautiful mountain smells. Being surrounded by nature and being greeted by the resident Sheep’s was such a blast. Plenty of things to do in the area and a great place to spend the night, I hope I get to stop by again soon!
