My sister and I enjoyed our stay. The bathrooms were close to the site, there was so much to explore and they offer fun activities. The host was very kind. The views were immaculate and we loved seeing the ostriches before we went to bed and right when we woke up. This was such a pleasant experience, will definitely be coming back!

Great Place! Very interesting dinosaur exhibit on the grounds. The campsites are spacious and well-maintained — perfect for groups. I was lucky enough to get the highest site, which offered incredible views of the valley and city lights at night. The host was very accommodating, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. A beautiful spot with excellent views, and a pleasant surprise visit from some cattle on our way up to the location. I strongly suggest bringing something that can off-road a bit, it wasn't a rough drive, but I know my sedan would have gotten stuck or struggled toward the end. The provided outhouse is a welcome addition. It's a nice, quiet spot for a good getaway with a killer view of the stars all around.

This was a wonderful stay. Beautiful site. Hot outdoor showers for a small fee (what a treat in that setting!) clean toilets plus hot and cold running water close by. A nice little walking trail (about a mile) right there. And John was a great host, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this site!
