We stayed at olancha over christmas weekend we arrived late however our spot was waiting for us when we arrived hook up were well marked and easily accessible. Camp ground was clean lake was clean and nacho was great at maintaining bathrooms and roads during the heavy rain. Views were simply amazing and nights so quiet

This was such a great spot for us to find when we changed our route last minute! It was a bit wet/chilly out so we didn’t use many of the amenities but the views were GREAT. We met Nacho on the way in and he even let us switch sites so we weren’t right next to anyone. I highly recommend this easy site!

The whole site is fantastic. Ricardo and his brotherJamie welcomed me at the entrance helped me set up for the night. As an added plus they walked me through the extraordinary collection vintage cars and memorabilia collected at the museum. I can't say enough about their herculean efforts to restore one of America's historic small mining towns.
Also, the site where the movie "CLAW" was filmed.
Excellent place to stay going to or returning from Death Valley.

Robison Ranch was very peaceful and being around the horses was fun. The ranch hands were very friendly. The view of the mountains was awesome.

Beautiful site for quiet, privacy, and stargazing! My first time on a real horse ranch. There were many possibilities for where on the ranch we could park the RV, we parked near a barn in the back and could hear the horses snorting, it was very relaxing. We dry camped but water and electric outlets were available. Host was very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable, which is much appreciated. Location was perfect, 5 minutes from the highway but it felt remote. Great spot!

We arrived at 9 PM at the campground and were pleasantly surprised to be welcomed by a helpful gentleman who pointed us to our spot. The spot had 100 A/50A/30A hookups, water hookup and also a full restroom (shared) nearby. The lake was serene in the morning. Conveniently located near the highway.

The grounds are well maintained and felt comfortable. Really great signage guiding into the grounds. Spots are right on the water which is clean and lovely to swim in. The bathroom is clean people were friendly.
It was perfect to get away for the 4th of July weekend as I and my pup do not do fireworks.
Super friendly and attentive staff!

it was our first time staying here and it was a lovely location. it was spacious, accommodated our RV, had water and electric hook ups, a lovely pond that we walked around in the early morning and watching the sunset come up was beautiful.
we spotted tons of rabbits and birds everywhere — it looked like a movie location.
the only small issue (not in a big way for us) was that if you plan to use the showers / restroom here, it only fits 1 individual at a time. so be prepared to wait if you plan to use.
nacho was a great host and very communicative throughout our stay.

loved that they had both water and electric hook ups. the views were great and we walked around the lake in the early hours and it was beautiful with the sun rising and all the birds chirping.
the entire location looks like a movie scene.
although this wasn’t a huge deal for us, as others have pointed out, the shower area is just for one person. so if there are a lot of campers there wanting to use it, be aware of the wait times.
nacho was great, friendly and very communicative.
we will def plan to stay here whenever passing by.

Nacho reached out with a message right away offering a greeting and additional directions that were very helpful and made our arrival seamless. Our RV site (#10) was lakeside and offered a lovely view. We found the campground and lake very peaceful. We enjoyed our stay (regrettably only one night) very much and will definitely come back for a longer visit if our travels bring us back this way in the future.

The pond was honestly so cute and had so many different birds flying around! The host was very accommodating! We didn’t realize how far this camp was from the other side of Death Valley, but definitely worth is with the view of the Sierra Nevadas! Although there is only one restroom/shower, it was very nice and had plenty of hot water! Easy to get to and close to a gas station!!

We were on a week long road trip in a camper van and this was easily the best campsite we stayed at. Nacho was friendly and welcoming and even let us hook up to water/electric even though we only rented a tent site. The campground was very well kept with a single shower/bathroom which was great and the campground has a nice lake with frogs at night and a large deck to grill on. 10/10 experience

The space was great (normal RV site). However, the label is somewhat misleading: "Lake Olancha/Death Valley". Death Valley is 105 miles away.
