A Fairy tale cottage style wooden tiny home built in the 1980's with a bottle wall, full bath, and reading nook. This three story wonder will leave you inspired to step into your own story. Fully equipped with a small kitchen, queen bed, reading nook and two beautiful outdoor decks, you'll feel like you stepped into another world.
The Main Bungalow is a 1970's GEM, built by a movie industry icon with views of the valley through the stunning and huge five windows overlooking the Salinas River. Two bedrooms downstairs and two full baths, accompany a well appointed kitchen. The upstairs loft accommodates two additional semi private queen beds, and additional seating area. Sunrises from the bedrooms are rivaled by few.

Other Shared Structures: The Lounge Barn, Legends Saloon, Loading Dock Stage, Antique Barns and the Game Room.
Evenings: Evening time at Almond Springs is spectacular. There is no light pollution, and the stars are amazing! The space is also well lit with intimate café lighting.
Weather: This is a remote country space. The Cabins and Kitchen both have Heat and A/C. Please come prepared for what the weather predicts for San Miguel, CA.
Dogs: We allow up to two dogs. They must remain on leash at all times. There is a $50 pet fee per pet.

We are a small farm on a 1 acre gated property that has two RV spots and a bar shed. We have full hookups in both sites.
Our town is rural but it's still close to HWY 101. We do live on the property, close enough if you need anything but far enough for privacy. We host happy hour for campers who are interested. Although the hours depend on arrival and our availability.
We have a common area between the two sites that offered a nice fire pit. Our farm has 3 goats, 2 pot bellied pigs and 20 chickens that lay fresh eggs daily. We LOVE animals but we CANNOT ALLOW PETS.
Also, sorry no tent camping. RV's only. We do not provide bathrooms or showers on site. Don’t have an RV? RENT OURS! We have everything you need for your family. Enjoy a weekend on the farm and glamp in our RV. We have all the amenities of home.
Coming to enjoy the area? The property is just a few mins off the 101 freeway on the Central Coast. We are only 15 mins South of Pismo Beach, 30 mins south of San Luis Obispo and an hour North of Santa Barbara. The beach, wineries and shopping are all very close. Or if you are looking for a quiet retreat with some super sweet farm animals stay here and enjoy the farm.

Our 42 acres is located at the beginning of the award winning Adelaide Wine trail in Paso Robles.
Our ranch was once home to a horse boarding and breeding ranch which bred Paso Fino horses, known for their beautiful gait.
Having been a horse ranch, it left us with some nice trails that you can enjoy during your stay.
We have some nice uphill walks to view your local surroundings while sitting to enjoy a glass of wine or you morning cup of coffee/tea.
We are on a well out here so at times you may get a sulphur/mineral smell to the water.
Please bring your own drinking/cooking water.
It is safe to shower, my hair feels so much thicker!
On the ranch you will see that we have 2 donkeys, Desi (black) and Lucy (light grey).
Along with our donkeys we have to friendly goats, Fiona (brown) and Sadie (white), they love carrots.
but please stick to one carrot a day each, we don't want to over feed them.
We also have chickens which means have farm fresh eggs. $5 for 1/2 dozen.
Up on the hill you will see Connie a cow and her buddy Samuel, the bull. they love carrots but please do not go into their pasture. She'll think you're bringing food and gets very dangerously excited.
Please feel free to walk the property and become one with nature while observing the local indigenous floral and fauna.

The property is nestled in a very quiet area of Atascadero, surrounded by hundreds of oak trees and natural beauty. The five-acre property features rolling hills filled with oak, bay laurel, and redwood trees, and is frequently visited by tree squirrels, deer, and a variety of birds that live throughout the land. There are two occupied homes on the property, along with Max the cat, chickens, and a sweet Labrador named Maverick.
The driveway is accessible by car, truck, and camper van (such as a Westfalia or similar), and tent campers are also welcome. However, the property is not easily accessible for very large trailers over 36 feet in length. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. Water, Wi-Fi, and power are available, but there is no sewer cleanout.
Downtown Atascadero offers several great dining and drink options, and the city center is only three miles away. The property is at the end of the road. No traffic, no noise, only views of the surrounding area. If you are interested in night skies, the milky way is a constant. After winter rains, everything is green and wild flowers are abundant. Stay and enjoy the vistas or travel relatively short distances for hiking in the Los Padres forest, drive CA HWY 1, visit Paso Robles wineries, boat or fish at Lake San Antonio or Lake Nacimiento. Nearby Williams Hill BLM area for hunting, shooting or ATV riding. For hunters and fisherman, Ft Hunter Liggett is to the immediate west. Occasional weekend's be entertained by military training and occasional aircraft, helicopters and planes. It is so quiet that you can hear vehicles passing several miles away on Jolon Rd in the valley below. Visitors travel to Morro bay, Avila beach to the south or Big Sur and Monterey Bay to the north. Motorcycle enthusiasts can enjoy 100's of miles of uncrowded country roads. Host is an avid motorcyclist and will provide enough helpful guidance for all levels of riding. We are just 2 miles from the Parkfield Cafe (open Thursday through Sunday), which offers incredible food, and 35 miles from the quaint wine country town of Paso Robles.
The immaculate trailer sleeps 2 in one queen-size bed. There is a flat spot just outside the trailer if you would like to pitch a tent for two extra guests.
Dogs are welcome! We have a private dog park with a small agility course available free of charge, as well as miles of hiking trails. We also offer some great add-ons (at an additional cost) for your canine friends through Varian Kennels: dog training lessons, a full-pace tire-out run using my quad, day boarding (if you would like to spend a day touring Paso Robles without your pups), and dog washes. We have a common area between the two sites that offered a nice fire pit. Our farm has 3 goats, 2 pot bellied pigs and 20 chickens that lay fresh eggs daily. We LOVE animals but we CANNOT ALLOW PETS.

Coming to enjoy the area? The property is just a few mins off the 101 freeway on the Central Coast. We are only 15 mins South of Pismo Beach, 30 mins south of San Luis Obispo and an hour North of Santa Barbara. The beach, wineries and shopping are all very close. Up on the hill you will see Connie a cow and her buddy Samuel, the bull. they love carrots but please do not go into their pasture. She'll think you're bringing food and gets very dangerously excited.

Nearby Williams Hill BLM area for hunting, shooting or ATV riding. For hunters and fisherman, Ft Hunter Liggett is to the immediate west. Occasional weekend's be entertained by military training and occasional aircraft, helicopters and planes. It is so quiet that you can hear vehicles passing several miles away on Jolon Rd in the valley below. Visitors travel to Morro bay, Avila beach to the south or Big Sur and Monterey Bay to the north. Get away from town and enjoy the peace and beauty of the countryside! Stay in our charming trailer with its own private, fenced yard on our gorgeous ranch. Light a small campfire, or keep it dark and see more stars than city living would ever allow!
Listen to the frogs serenade you at night from the pond below the campsite, and enjoy the birds singing throughout the day. There are lots of hiking and riding trails, plus incredible views. Come meet our “gangsta-girl geese,” or feed our friendly goats and alpaca.
We are just 2 miles from the Parkfield Cafe (open Thursday through Sunday), which offers incredible food, and 35 miles from the quaint wine country town of Paso Robles.
The immaculate trailer sleeps 2 in one queen-size bed. There is a flat spot just outside the trailer if you would like to pitch a tent for two extra guests.
Dogs are welcome! We have a private dog park with a small agility course available free of charge, as well as miles of hiking trails. We also offer some great add-ons (at an additional cost) for your canine friends through Varian Kennels: dog training lessons, a full-pace tire-out run using my quad, day boarding (if you would like to spend a day touring Paso Robles without your pups), and dog washes. Note: Proof of up-to-date vaccinations must be sent to the landowner before the booking is completed. A $25 per dog, one-time cleanup fee will be added (see “Extras”).
Horse corrals are also available for $25 per night, per corral (feed not included).

The host gives great recommendations on places around the area to explore as well as suggestions for nice stops to see along our road trip to the site, and helped us find our way to the site, firewood, and more. The trailer is also well-stocked and clean. Would definitely come back!

Had a great stay at Vinyl Vineyards! Jeff and Dina were so hospitable. They had great wines and a really cool story on their vineyard.
Met some cool people staying in the trailers. My wife and had an RV rental and dry camped on the opposite side of the loop.
Bathrooms and showers were clean and hot water worked well.

we stumbled upon this place and we're pleasantly surprised. Everything feels new and clean and the park is about as well. Run as a five star hotel. There is a welcome center of fitness center a lap pool at Jacuzzi and other things. But they really aren't bathrooms like in a traditional campground if anyone's looking for that

5 nights at Enney's Ranch
My stay at Sharon and Kenney’s campsite was absolutely amazing! They were incredibly kind and checked in a few times to make sure everything was working and that I had everything I needed. They really care about their guests being comfortable during their entire stay.
One of my favorite parts was having piping hot water available anytime. It made doing dishes so much easier and I was able to take a bath in their huge bathtub every day! Any small issues that came up were resolved quickly with help from the hosts.
There is no Wi-Fi, but cell service is good. I was able to take phone calls and send texts at the campsite. I drove 25 minutes away to the nearest Starbucks to get my work done though because my hotspot struggled at the campsite.
The campsites are spaced out really well, so it feels very private. There was only 1 site near mine, which was unoccupied during my stay, and the other 2 sites were over the hill.
The campsite is extremely well stocked. They provide charcoal for grilling, a space heater that kept the tent warm all night, lanterns that double as phone chargers, a 2 burner camping stove, a cooler (bring your own ice), and fully stocked cooking supplies. They also provide large propane tanks, which was more than enough for my stay. I recommend bringing a kitchen towel and a vegetable peeler.
The toilet set up was simple, clean, and easy to use.
Overall, my stay was quiet, relaxing, and the perfect escape from city life. I would absolutely stay here again.

This site is absolutely gorgeous, the trailer was super clean, and Stephan is a natural host who knows this area like the back of his hand.
Definitely plan your days so you get back to the property before dark- There is limited reception and you don't want to be driving up the wrong driveway. Also the sunset is gorgeous.

My HipCamp experience @ Hazel Homestead was great! The place was extremely convenient to everywhere I wanted to visit (Pismo Beach, Arroyo Grande, Morro Rock/Bay) - anywhere from 10-30 miles. There are so many things to do and visit in the area. I travel in a camper van, so safety, accessibility, and convenience is important for me. The proprietors were there to welcome me, but then left me alone unless I needed them. Hookups to electric and water were easy and very well maintained. The campsite was spotless and modern. Many extras were available such as fresh eggs, cocktail hour in a "tricked out" shed conversion (very well done), fire pit for relaxing in the evenings. In addition, maneuvering in the website with this HipCamp host was set up to make reservations easy. Everything was so well done. I will definitely book here again, as this was one of the best HipCamp sites I have ever stayed.

My partner and I loved staying at Enney Ranch. Kenny came out to greet us and gave us a full run down of the space. The site was well equipped and we loved the space heater for the cold night and early morning. The highlight for us was the private outdoor tub with an amazing view. It was so peaceful and restorative, we loved watching the birds and ground squirrels on the hill. Can’t wait to come back!

Weekend Trip to Hazel Homestead- Central Coast Farm
We had such a wonderful stay at this RV rental on the farm. From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel completely comfortable and welcomed us with a tour of the property. They were incredibly laid-back, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The property itself is absolutely immaculate, and the RV was spotless—both inside and out. You can truly tell how much care they put into maintaining the space. Everything was clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully prepared.
One of our favorite parts was the free-roaming chickens—they added such a charming, peaceful touch to the farm experience. Overall, this was a relaxing and memorable stay, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and welcoming getaway.

Weekend Trip to Enney's Ranch
Our time at Enney Ranch was so lovely! We stayed in a lovely tent-cabin with an incredible view of the rolling paso hills. It was chilly in Paso in January, but the provided propane heater and blankets kept us warm and cozy all night. The tent was very thoughtfully furnished with every possible amenity complete with a bathroom with a tub and shower with hot water that overlooks the hillside! A lovely little getaway and would 10/10 recommend to anyone, but especially nature lovers.
