Power is 50 AMPS! An RV must be under 12' to fit under the covered space. I offer 4 dry camping options. You can book the Tent Cabana-The Shady Rest- listing or you can dry camp by booking through my Tent and Vehicle Camping listing. There are no exact designated spaces for tent/vehicle camping. You can choose where you prefer to camp. An extra vehicle is OK as long as it's part of your one campsite. 2 groups with 2 camp vehicles is 2 campsites. I also have the Pool House, an indoor option with a power outlet, and it's close to the pool and restroom area. You can set up your bed or rent a full size bed which I will set up for you. This is my private property, you and your gear are safe and secure. You can leave your campsite and go exploring, no one will bother your stuff. I have WiFi and great cell service here. Please arrive by 10pm unless arrangements are made in advance. I meet with you and show you around. I will greet you personally and show you around. I close my gates at dark or once guests have arrived. Once you are here you may come and go as you please, I just ask that you shut the gates if you come in after dark. The gates will not be locked. Very nice, quiet and remote desert stop in AZ. Host was great at communicating. There are fun farm animals on property to check out. The dark skies were great. We were the only campers onsite for our two nights. The bathhouse was close and clean and we only used power hookups for the RV

Karla is great!!! We were in town for a turquoise mine and Ghost town tour. Spot was large and easy to get into. We loved the horses and donkeys. It was as a perfect stay and will stay again when we come back though.

Karla’s love of her land and animals is what stood out to us. She is delightful and very helpful with setting up details. She gave us a tour of the grounds that included her two horses and two donkeys. Delightful.

Hidden Gem near Pearce and Sunsites AZ! Spacious sites for our RV's towing trailers and Toyhauler. Site numbers were not clear on reservations but Host let us switch to 1,2 and 3 for our rigs. We came to explore ATV trails. Great spot to camp near trails in Coronado National Forest Area and Turkey Creek (although there is a little road riding to get to the trails). We will be back to explore more trails!

Weekend Trip to Karla's Hummingbird Guest Ranch

Karls'a place is a patch of heaven! The detail and thought she has placed into this property if second to none. We arrived early in the day (her early in the day check-in time is a realy nice plus) and we got settled in pretty quick. It was lovely spending time with the animals such a relaxing atmosphere. We thought we had seen it all, then night was upon us and Karla's property was that of magic. It was stunning, the lights and beauty, honeslty at every turn on the property. Not to mention the amazing AZ night sky! Karla has stunning attention to detail and her heart has been placed into this patch of heaven in Southern AZ! I would highly recommend this Hipcamp, a truly amazing place to stay!

Karla is an exemplary host, so helpful and available for all our questions. Hummingbird ranch has all the amenities we needed for our RV. Getting to visit the horses and donkeys was an added benefit. We were able to identify 14 species of birds in February with our Merlin app. We were the only visitors during our stay which made our stay even more memorable. Karla has gone above and beyond with her artistic landscaping throughout her property. We’ll definitely stay again and highly recommend Karla’s Hummingbird Ranch for RV’s or camping!

Beautiful spot to stay! Karla was so sweet, helpful, and welcoming. We felt so safe and had everything we needed. She’s done such an amazing job making her ranch unique and beautiful! There’s tons of beautiful lights at night that make it feel so magical. Then there is a great view during the day of the mountains. Wonderful spot and we’d love to stay again!

We had a great stay. Karla is cool, helpful and friendly. The place is super clean and thoughtfully put together. You can tell a lot of care and time went into it. It's a nice cozy ranch under the stars, surrounded by a great landscape. Perfect for relaxing or exploring. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our time at John and Leann’s! They were so kind and welcoming, and gave us great recommendations for things to do in Tombstone. The site was great, very level and the property was absolutely beautiful. We would recommend to anyone visiting Tombstone and would not hesitate to stay again next time we’re in the area!

Very comfortable, level place to stay. Some true horse ranch activity happening there. Watched John shoe a horse among other chores. Ms Becky was an awesome hostess with great communication along the way. Definitely stay if you get a chance.
