There is also a shed for your hay, feed, and tack if you plan to stay a few days! This location worked really well for us. It is convenient to get to and central to local stuff, in particular to Dragoons range and the Stronghold. The view is great from camp. The local farm scene is our style. Melody is a sweet lady and great host. Would suggest this as a winter venue since the weather is superb

Was a nice stay. Water an electric worked as it should. Pretty level ground. Was nice to have a place to run the dogs. Was allowed to use the horse area.

Very private and Melanie is a.great hostess. She had a lot of good information about the area and then we didn't see her again the rest of our visit. Quiet with water and electricity. Beautiful view of the Coronado mountains.

Quiet, isolated spot off Hwy 10 a bit. Melanie has it well setup for an overnighter or Basecamp for hiking or horse activities in the surrounding forests/parks/monuments. Very nice/secure horse paddock with good cover and water (doubles as a dog yard to stretch the shorter 4-leggeds.) Site is nothing fancy, but covers the basics of electric/water (bring a good filter for the well water - sandy). Melanie's house is just beyond a bunch of scrub trees, so good feeling of privacy. It's at the end of a long gravel drive, so no significant activity with passers by. Scout out the pull thru before counting on it; lots of room tho. Melanie is a friendly, helpful, kind host.

Wow, what a great rural setting with a most wonderful host. Melanie is a most excellent guide for the Drugoons, Chiricahua National Monument and Bowie National Historic Site. She is very knowledgeable about the local environments and all that dwell within. She was very accommodating and willing to make my stay as comfortable as possible. A great place to stay!!😎 … and there were two ravens sitting in the morning sun greeting me and the day.
