Come experience the peace and solitude of the beautiful high desert in southeast Arizona. We’re situated on 110 acres of wild desert land, generously populated with low desert trees, native grasses, wildflowers, washes, hills, and valleys — and even a magnificent emory oak tree. We welcome guests who appreciate a quiet place to park and find peace. There are plenty of areas to hike and explore on the property, including a few historic ruins from the nearby ghost town of Gleeson, which was a bustling mining town in the late 1800s. Our land borders both BLM and State Trust Land, open for public use and exploration. Centrally located in Cochise County, we offer easy access to countless opportunities for outdoor adventure and historical exploration. While you’re here, plan a visit to the Old West town of Tombstone and the vibrant, quirky mining town of Bisbee. Take day trips to Chiricahua National Monument, Kartchner Caverns State Park, or enjoy hiking around Miller Peak and the San Pedro River. And don’t forget to save time for Arizona’s wine country — with several vineyards and wineries located just a short drive away.

You can start the day with a sunrise over the eastern mountain range and end it with a sunset view to the west over the last mountain peak in the famous Dragoon Mountains. You are welcome to set up camp with easy parking. There is space to set your grill and outdoor dining area and enjoy the quiet and the nearby wash is steps away for hiking and exploring. You are welcome to hike all over our private property or use this perfect oasis as a jumping off point for your Cochise County adventures.

You are welcome to set up a sprawling camp with room for friends to visit with easy parking. There is space to set your grill and outdoor dining area as well as steps leading down into the nearby wash for hiking and exploring. You are welcome to hike all over our private property or use this perfect oasis as a jumping off point for your Cochise County adventures.
