Since moving to Willcox they have cleared 50 acres and planted over 6000 grape vines with more to plant coming soon. They fell in love with the spectacular views, the wildlife and the people. With spectacular sunrises and sunsets  and clear night skies its a beautiful place to live and visit. Karla's ranch is an exceptional place to camp out in Cochise county. She has all the amenities you need to feel at home, with her special artistic touch. The tent areas are a lot of fun and very welcoming. Although it's not pool season yet, the pool is immaculate and patios and pool house are lovely. The toilet and small kitchen area is clean and functional. I really enjoyed all of the decor and personal art. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Thanks Karla!

We loved how unique and rad this property was! From how private our camping spot was to exploring all the hand-made structures. Terraform together truly is a different experience. Richard was so kind and explained how this little homestead came to be. It has everything you need from an outdoor composting toilet, to a hot shower and even laundry! Couldn’t ask for much more and we are glad to have been able to camp out there!

We were nestled in close to the animals. We could watch the horse and goats play.

Weekend Trip to Harry and Barbara’s Windmill.

Close your eyes and imagine the most serene desert sunset/sunrise, then add in the songs of 100 birds, a trail system right on the property for meandering about, and gracious hosts that want you to have the best experience possible ... that's what it's like staying at Harry and Barbara's place. We left feeling revitalized and certain we'd be back someday. Cannot recommend it enough.

Karla's ramada was festive and provided a nice protected spot if you want shade or protection from the wind and/or cold. We enjoyed playing tunes in there in the evening.

Karla is great!!! We were in town for a turquoise mine and Ghost town tour. Spot was large and easy to get into. We loved the horses and donkeys. It was as a perfect stay and will stay again when we come back though.

Karla’s love of her land and animals is what stood out to us. She is delightful and very helpful with setting up details. She gave us a tour of the grounds that included her two horses and two donkeys. Delightful.
