This spacious land is over 4 acres of high desert with breathtaking 360 degree views. Only 45 minutes from Flagstaff, 30 minutes from the historic Grand Canyon, and only 36 minutes from Williams, this property is in the middle of it all. There is so much potential for amazing adventures. You could go fishing in Williams or have a snowball fight in Flagstaff. If you have never seen the Grand Canyon you are in for an ultimate life changing experience. The dark night skies in this area may just keep you at camp. You can see every star out here and enjoy the escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. With wide open spaces you have so much room to play. The road to the property is about 0.8 miles and is considered dirt rugged. It will require you to so down under 5 miles an hour in a few places. You have the entire road to travel on and maneuver around the big bumps. I drive my car to the property ever time and don't have an issue if I slow down and go around large holes. If there is a recent storm in the area the road will be difficult to navigate.

Guests have full private access to the camper and the surrounding yard. The camper is on a private acre and it’s all yours to do your thing. Your privacy will always be respected, and the property is laid out to ensure that. Please note that the camper does not lock from the outside, but you can lock yourself inside with a deadbolt. This is a community run camper/campsite. Open communication really helps things run smoothly, please contact me if there are any issues regarding your stay. We are unable to offer refunds due to weather, cold temperatures, road conditions or if it wasn't as easy to find as you would have liked. This is a camping adventure, you may face challenges, PLEASE know what you're getting yourself into and come prepared! We loved Luciano's place! It is on the primitive side, so it was perfect for stargazing! Both him and his wife were extremely helpful and welcoming. The location is perfect for our trip as we were going through to Nevada and wanted to see the Grand Canyon which was about an hour away. We look forward to visiting again in the future!

Spent one night on Luciano's peaceful and beautiful property. Luciano met us on arrival and gave us a quick tour before letting us settle in. A picnic table and a fire pit and a nice piece of level ground surrounded by trees provided the perfect place to camp and unwind after a long day of driving. And the night sky was one of the most brilliant we've ever seen. Highly recommend this site and the host!

1 night at Highland Grand Canyon Glamping

We loved staying at Highland. The hosts have really put so much effort into sharing the beautiful land they're on with others, including water and power. The showers were super clean and comfortable and the beds super clean and cozy as well. Keep in mind the temperature extremes - I think the tent heated up too quickly in the morning/early afternoon and it got very cold at night. Fortunately the tent has a heated mattress that kept us warm! Finally, try to book a stay during a cleared sky new moon night. You won't forget the sight of the Milky Way from here.

Private with only mountains in the background providing beautiful sunsets. My only caution would be to anyone driving a car or low riding RV. The road is rough and deeply rutted so drive it slowly and with some caution.

It was a great campsite! The dirt roads were a little tricky to drive through, but I think that can mainly be contributed to the rain that had fallen right before we arrived. I loved the fire pits and the chairs she had set up! Was windy the first day when we were setting up but then died down and was fine the rest of the time.

1 night at The Invisible Home |Grand Canyon|

The Invisible Room was a fun and cozy place! The space warms up quickly, Macario is responsive and the room is overall well kept. We had been warned in advance that there wouldn't be running water at all, but I wish we had anticipated getting more gallons of water to handle dishes and basic needs as the only water provided was 2 small bottles. The cutlery isn't the one on the pics, we only had leftover plastic cutlery. The fridge is a desk one, so super small - you can only fit about 4 cans in there. Furniture and decor also isn't what's on the pictures. We wished the mirrors/windows had been cleaned because they were really dirty all over. The instructions states a dumpster that we couldn't find although we tried hard, and the road is super long and bumpy so make sure to come in with a vehicle that can handle it - SUV or truck. I think it's a way better idea to stay there in the Spring or Summer, def not Winter.

Very remote spot in the scrubland, beautiful sky views. Was windy pulling in but it died down plenty by evening, enough to have a fire to keep me warm, which was essential because it was *very* cold while I was there. Bathroom was fine, there was plenty of material to help get a fire started but be sure to bring firewood if you need a fire. This site is probably not for you if you're needing much from the host... It was very bare bones which is what I was looking for, but just a heads up in case you're a camper who isnt used to that.
