Lemon Tree Lane is a great base from which to explore the region, with plenty to see and do in the area. The Busselton/Margaret River region is at our doorstep with easy access to the cycle path (3 mins away), the famous Busselton Jetty (8 mins away), beautiful beaches (5 mins away), and an abundance of cafes and wineries.

The minimalist set-up offers everything you need, and nothing you don’t, including a double bed, gas burner stove, outdoor compost loo with a fantastic view and outdoor camp shower. And it's pet friendly! Located in the heart of the Margaret River Region wine country, there is plenty to see and do - although sometimes doing nothing is the best option. The perfect base for those looking to walk sections of the Cape to Cape Track or a central, comforting stop for those tackling the full 135km distance. A sunset at the Willyabrup Cliffs is a truly magical experience and a bit of a hidden gem. The property is owned by a local winemaking family who can organise wine and a cheese platter to take the experience to the next level. Your hosts are more than happy to provide their personal recommendations for things to do while in the area. It is a 500m walk from a public parking space - a little bit rocky so best suited to those travelling light. Happy to chat with guests prior to arrival and will do our best to accommodate your needs. Come enjoy our 5-acre Coastal Hideaway nestled along Mandurah estuary, just 30km south of Mandurah CBD. Immerse yourself in a pristine bush setting mere minutes from both the beach and the enchanting Mandurah Estuary. Enjoy crabbing and fishing, and for ocean enthusiasts, indulge in fishing and surfing activities by the nearby coast. The perfect blend of tranquility and adventure. Our property is on a steep hill, our views from our home are too good not to share with you! We currently offer just one camp spot, "The Platform site" that pictures of the view just don't do it justice! Its located right on our back door step, so please be mindful, we love the community environment & love a good chat, so if you are after complete privacy perhaps this isn't the place for you. The Terrain: Please bring a sand mat, as after a long dry summer its very sandy & boggy. Just be mindful with larger vehicles, there is the chance of getting bogged. Friendly dogs welcome: However our property isn't fenced we ask all dogs to remain on leash, kids will also need to be kept a close eye on due to the steep terrain. We have also just started fostering a dog who barks when she sees other dogs, we are doing our best to minimise and control this, and hoping that exposure therapy will slowly help her, we can usually tame her inside. There is also friendly free ranged chickens roaming, we are happy to put them away if your doggos think they may be dinner! There is no cooking facilities on site, also please read up on the fire ban in the area the dates you are looking to come, if fire ban is present no open flames are aloud! Tea, coffee and cacao available on request, you can add on later to your booking if you decide. You can also purchase free range eggs and even rent a paddle board, and some crab scoops. The awesome Wild Hop Brewery is just a quick drive or a 40 minute walk. Our property is ideal for outdoor/adventurer adults who want a quiet getaway in nature.
