Perfect spot overlooking the lake.
We were there for 3 nights & loved everything about the location.
A beautiful walk around the lake will take around 2hrs or you can just take a picnic lunch & take your time.
Freezing cold nights & early mornings meant that the fire pit provided was put to good use which just added to the experience.
David is a wonderful host!
Such a lovely, engaging man.
We will definitely be back 😃

David's land is at the southern end of the lake on private property. Whilst researching, it was thought that we had booked a public campsite at the northern end, especially when a message said that I had site 16. Once this was understood, it become a pleasant experience.

Loved this place! David was swell and the lake was stunning. Great fire pit right on the lakeside as well. We stayed for 2 nights and would love to go back if we get the chance

Thanks to Dave for a great week away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The kids had a great time safely playing in the water kayaking and fishing. Minimal amenities but we did pay more to hire the portaloo with 6 females this was a must and enabled us to stay longer.

We loved staying at davids property at lake kepwari. Was tranquil with beautiful lake views. Loved that it was peaceful and dog friendly. David was a friendly and helpful host and will definitely be back.

A fabulous campsite with access to the lake for swimming, fishing, skiing etc. Facilities are currently limited to a covered bbq area overlooking the lake and ground cover for each site. David was an excellent host and replied promptly to enquires. Great for families, couples or groups

We are a small family of 4 that camp for two nights every fortnight (our two daughters really love bring outdoors). This place is on ojr "we will return" list. David is amazing and the location was top tier. Highly recommend booking for two or more nights, its such a peaceful place!

David was lovely from the start and showed us where to set up. The view from our caravan was great, such a beautiful spot! Plenty of room between everyone else so you had your own area. Our dog is reactive and David was super easy about it and even told us a spot we could swim so he could have his own area. Easy access to the water and perfect for a swim, we basically stayed it in the whole time we were there!
Definitely will be back again, especially for winter camping 😍

Rustic charm and serenity await. Large cleared campsites, some with shade, all close to the sandy shores and clear waters of Lake Kepwari. Beautiful forest around the lake perimeter. No power or water available but wonderful spot for swimming and boating. Host David is very responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Brilliant private access to lake kepwari! Camp grounds were brilliant. Kids especially loved jumping off the pontoon! We will definitely be back!

David's property was a great spot to camp. Nice and close to the water but still enough room from other campers.
David was easy to deal with from the very beginning. We made a couple of booking depending on who of our group was staying which days and it was no hassle for him. He gave easy, simple directions and was just a good bloke all round.

A quiet retreat for me. A hop, skip and a jump and your in the clean, clear waters of Lake Kepwari, for swimming and fishing. Sandy beach. Clean. Clear communication and instructions to location and David is an accommodating host.

We had a wonderful stay at Dave’s campsite! The site sits above a beautiful lake, and Dave kindly offered the large shelter area for campers to gather and relax—it was such a welcoming touch. During our stay, we unfortunately lost our son’s glasses in the lake, and Dave went above and beyond by diving in to help search for them. His kindness and generosity made our overnight camping experience truly memorable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a friendly and scenic camping getaway!

We spent 2 nights here and used it as a base to explore the Collie region. The lake is the best quality water in the Region and access to the water for activities is very good.
We had a large Expedition Truck and the sites accommodated this well. All sites had water views and flat surfaces
Good shelter and BBQ and fire pit facilites right on the water
Host was amazing and given that it is a working farm, security is good.
