Set on 80 acres, secluded from the main road and neighbours, we have a boutique winery and we operate as a working farm, at Dunmovin estate farm we operate a cellar door on weekends and open on request during the week, we sell our farm meat products and pasture raised eggs through the cellar door, which is also available to our Hicamp guests. Our cows, sheep and pigs are all super friendly. On most days we have abundant bird life including red and white tailed cockatoos. Our creek runs for most of the year but there are 2 large dams and several springs with water all year round. It is very quiet, private and a great place to unwind. We provide fire pits and firewood for when fire restrictions aren’t in place. Some very tall jarrah and Marri trees on the property, we crop some paddocks for hay and graze our farm animals in other paddocks. There are peaceful walks through paddocks or bush around the property.

This is to be used minimally at times of no rain and not to be used for car or van washing. There are a number of wild kangaroos and emus in the area, which can often be seen when driving along the road. The property is located 2.2 km off the South-Western Highway along a quiet, sealed road. Close by is the Kirup Tavern which has well-priced meals, pool tables and dartboards. It's a 15-minute drive from Donnybrook, with shops, restaurants, weekend markets and the Apple Fun Park, and 11 minutes from the tourist town of Balingup. Guests are welcome to use the trampoline, but children must be supervised, as there is no safety enclosure fitted.
