Heaven on earth

M and V are two of the sweetest people. They met us out front and showed us the location and shared recommendations to better shelter from the wind. When we woke up to a snow flurry, they were accommodating and understanding for our delayed departure. Will 100% be staying here again

Close to Mesa Verde, hostesses were very hospitable and all amenities available for an RV. Nice stay, wonderful weather, clean air, beautiful nights and a good dirt road for a nice walk. I recommend!!

I highly recommend this RV spot! The hosts were incredibly nice and helpful. The view was beautiful, and the neighborhood was perfect for my 10-year-old to ride his scooter. The RV space was spacious, and despite being in a residential area, it worked out great! Super close to Mesa Verde National Park. We would definitely stay again.

Great spot & Lovely Hosts

We spent a few nights at Veronica & Mary's while exploring Mesa Verde National Park. The pad next to the garage is level, has water, drain, etc. The spot feels private enough from the house. Mary & Veronica are lovely hosts and we look forward to staying if we are in the area again.

Great spot with a mountain view!

Great spot to stay for a night or two! Spectacular views from the parking space next to the garage. There are two spots next to each other, and the host's RV was in one of them. The spot we used was soft gravel and had a 50amp plug in back and water/sewer connections along the passenger side (if you're backed in). The views of the mountains are truly special! The host was very nice and helpful. We would go back there again for sure.

Beautiful Campsite

The family loved camping at Veronica’s. The hook-ups were perfect and the sunrise over the mountains was spectacular! Veronica and Mary were super friendly and my kids loved meeting the dogs. We will definitely be back if in the area.

Everything as advertised. Host greeted us with cookies, and provided extension cord to help us get our electric connection working. Clear and accurate directions. Highly recommend the site for anyone visiting Mesa Verde or Durango area

Exceptional rv/campsite

I loved camping here! A camping site with mountain views, clear starlit skies, hiking, and a peaceful atmosphere creates an ideal outdoor experience. The scenic beauty and opportunities for stargazing and hiking contribute positively to the overall appeal of the site.
Let’s not forget the host! Veronica and Mary are very welcoming. They are happy to give you any recommendations! Probably even bring you coffee in the morning if you forgot to pack it. lol
I was also welcomed with cookies! :)
If I’m ever in the area again I’ll definitely be back!

Awesome site with the best views! Although the site is essentially a residential driveway, it was very quiet and private. Site is on the far side of the garage from the house and has trees on the other side. Mary and Veronica are wonderful hosts. We spent four days exploring the area and didn't get to see everything we wanted to. Guess we have to go back again!

We loved our stay, 1000x better than being in a crowded RV park. Veronica and her partner (so sorry I cannot remember her name) were friendly and welcoming. They provided great recommendations for local food places and a dog park for our doggos. Site was easy to back in with hookups easily accessible- had enough room for our full size truck to be parked next to our camper with excess room. We loved that the site was separated from the house by a large garage so we had privacy. There was an area right by the site that the dogs could use to go to the bathroom and they allowed us to bring our dogs in the yard too which was great for them to run around a bit. The view of the mountains and stars from the site was absolutely stunning and left us in awe - picture is the sunrise view from the back of our camper. Would recommend stargazing from the hot tub, which was so relaxing and peaceful. About 20 min to Mesa Verde.
