Near Great Sand Dunes National Park

5 acres right next to sand dune National Park. Flat land with wonderful weather all around, and a great view of Mt Blanca. This area attracts a lot of really beautiful sunsets and clouds. There is a bit of prickly pear cactus which I plan on removing when I have time and money to get down there, which is why I'm setting up a hipcamp!5 acres of flat land, slightly sloped with a fantastic view of Mt Blanca. Located halfway between alamosa and Sand Dune National Park (only 16 miles from sand dune National Park) The location has a beautiful 360 view with amazing sunsets and great clouds. Neighbors have horses who walk on the property, and there is a fair amount of prickly pear on site. I'm looking to landscape the land better, but won't be able to until there is more of a demand for the land to be used. Hence the hipcamp!
