Pet friendly place where Gwen (canine camp host assistant roaming the property) will announce your arrival. Please let me know if anyone in your group is sensitive to dogs and I can assign her to temporary office duties inside the house. Easiest site to park you rig. Access is directly from traffic circle. Dual 50 Amp and 30 Amp power and water hookups. Sewer connection is adjacent to shop building, so better suited for "head-in" parking to dump (long hose needed otherwise). Also have sewer caddy if needed. There is a free city dump station near I-5 & I-8 with convenient access- highly recommended. The campsite is located on the south side of the hobby shop building and backs up to a usually dry creek lined with natural vegetation. Please note the aerial photo showing camp Location is outdated (no longer zombie-land).

Joel is a good guy. He is very accommodating and a pleasure to talk to. Site is eclectic, quiet and very convenient to area attractions, stores, etc. I booked another stay later this month. Slept great!

Creekside RV Site

The was a great spot for us to set-up and explore San Diego. It was also great for the dogs, who could run free in the space and play with all the other camper's dogs. The toilet doesn't have a door and the shower is pretty open, so beware that you'll need a buddy to be on the lookout for people coming by if you're on the shy side.

Entry Gate RV Site

We needed a place in Chula Vista for appointments. Super pleased with Joel our host. Really low key atmosphere. We have a large class b van and had no issues. Slightly awkward entrance, just approach slowly and turn gently.
