Tired of noisy, crowded campgrounds? We've got you covered! Welcome to our little slice of heaven along the Grand River in Grand Haven, MI. Voted one of the best places to visit in '22 and '23. Our property is at the end of a private road and has been in the family for decades. We fondly refer to it as One Grand Place and we are excited to be sharing it with you. We have 2 parcels of land. Each would be just for you and only you. It's like having your very own private property when you are here. One parcel has only 1 RV site with a cement pad, parallel to the river. Can accommodate 1 RV up to 30' (NO Class A's allowed). 30/50/standard 110 electric and water hookup. Pump out is available for a fee. At the far west end of the property is our second parcel with 1 very large grassy RV site along the river with 30 amp and standard 110 electric and water. RV up to 30' (NO Class A's). Pump out is available for a fee. If you don't have an RV, no problem. Rent our elevated popup RV. There is plenty of room to set up games, fish, play with the kids or the dogs, etc. What's not to like? Property is adjacent to Connor Bayou County Park and surrounded by natural wetlands. So, we are a perfect place to unwind, chill, enjoy fresh air and picture perfect sunsets. Boating, swimming, jet skis, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing are just a few things to be enjoyed on the water. There's a public boat launch just a couple minute ride and Connor Bayou Park has a kayak specific boat launch. Or, you can also drop a kayak in at the very west end of our property right from shore. Hiking, biking and wildlife/bird/eagle watching are also options. Lake Michigan beaches, various state/county parks, downtown Grand Haven's shops and restaurants are just a short drive away. Holland is about 30 minutes south. PJ Hoffmaster State Park is 25 minutes North. If you are a thrill seeker, Michigan's Adventure Amusement and Waterpark is 40 minutes North in Muskegon. Grand Rapids is 40 minutes to the East. There are also many wineries, distilleries, ciders and craft beer in Southwest Michigan as well as "you pick" blueberries and many festivals in the summer. Bottom line....there is plenty of things to do and see during your visit. You can be as active or as chill as you want to be.

One Grand Place w/Popup (on Site 2)

Onsite RV/trailer · Sleeps 6 · 1 bedroom · 2 beds · 1 toilet
Have no camper of your own but want to enjoy the One Grand Place experience? Then this is for you. This is our BYO RV Site #2 but with our camper on it, set up for you upon arrival. See our BYO RV Site #2 listing or our One Grand Place landing page for more pictures of the property. We have a bathroom (clean Porta potty), open air changing/shower room (weather permitting), onsite, a communal grill and solar shower bags for use. Site has picnic table, fire ring, water and standard AC outlet. Our camper sleeps 2 people. One person sleeps in each of the pop out beds (250 lb. max ea) with a nightstand table in the middle. For 2 adults, 1 child, maybe 2 if small, the table converts down to more sleeping area to create a king and a half size bed. Site can accommodate 6 people. So bring a tent (only 1 allowed) for your extra guests to use with our camper and see "Extras" for the added fee to pitch your tent. Our camper is open and airy with many windows for viewing and plenty of ventilation. The exterior features an extended canopy tent for shade or rain protection. The "cleaning fee" also covers the set up and take down of our RV. Being that our sites are electric and water we've included a water hose, extension cord and a power strip (to power your devices or our rechargeable ceiling fan light and flashlight lantern). Note: we do not have Wifi so you would be operating off of your own hotspot. Although there is a communal grill, we also provide a 2-burner camp stove for your private use. However, you will need your own 1 lb propane tanks or see extras and purchase from us. We've included basic serving utensils, 4 place settings, cutting mats, cutting knife, wine/bottle opener, can opener, skewers, pot holders and kitchen towels. For cooking, included is a fry pan, sauce pan, kettle, traditional coffee pot, griddle, dishwashing bins. Also included is 1 roll paper towels, dish/hand soap, cleaning spray and sponge. Depending on what your menu will be and how you want to cook/prepare it, you may want to supplement with a few of your own items or cookware etc. But for the most part....all you need is just show up with your sleeping bags/bed linens, personal items, chairs if you want more than picnic table and whatever you want to cook, eat and drink.
