Weekend Trip to Holistic Woods Campsite WILD

What a lovely peaceful place. No one bothers you. There's water and toilets no showers but for wild camping with consent what more could you ask for. Felt so relaxed and it's dog friendly; with lovely walks and close to Woodbridge etc. I didn't want to leave. We found a lovely spot under some trees we had a camp fire and just totally relaxed... Bliss.. We will be back soon. Thanks for having us. Highly recommend if you just want peace and quiet and to go back to basics.

Katie runs a lovely peaceful, quiet and clean campsite. We had a remarkable stay there and enjoyed the use of the river, log burner and the convenient little shop which has essential items. Getting away from the rat race, this is the place to go!

Pitch up wherever you like, there's no marked pitches. There's a great choice from camping in the woods to a wild field if you prefer to be in the sun. Sam, the owner is very friendly and accommodating. There are no showers, however, the choice of camping locations make up for this. Great for a weekend getaway.

I loved it here I was bit disappointed that I couldn’t get into the woods and have a fire due to the forest been too dry but then if you wanna campsite then you should keep it clean and tidy so people can have that but other than that it was the best place ever

We really enjoyed our stay here. Facilities were great apart from the toaster in the outdoor kitchen which tripped the electric but Samantha sorted it straight away following a message to her. Was lovely walking around the lake and we enjoyed some delicious cakes at the farm cafe. My son had fun at the kids playground. Everyone was polite and friendly.

Weekend Trip to Southwood Park Estate

Loved the camp vibe and the people are very welcoming and friendly. The campsite is very clean and things are there for everyone likeness to enjoy. The staff is very sweet to help. You just have to ask. Make sure to get your cooking equipments like if you want to cook near your tent. There is stove and fireplace. You can also use the open kitchen BBQ to cook if you want. Get yourself a camp chair if you want to sit comfortably outside next to the fireplace near your tent and an outdoor lamp Each camp is separated so you have ample privacy The camp area is beautifully designed and decorated which looks great during daytime. Breakfast is scrumptious and you can have food and drinks throughout the day in the restaurant. The campsite hosts are super nice and loves to take good care of their guests

My husband and I camped with our little dog at the Otter Channel Campsite - it was fantastic! The nature sounds are incredibly soothing, waking up to some light rain fall and the chirping of birds was so lovely to snooze to. The added touch of arranging a fire pit and wood pre arrival is brilliant and so easy! Having the accessibility of bringing a large drinking water container (provided by the host) to your site is also super convenient! If you're wanting a beautiful getaway with your dog - this is the perfect option! Lots of lovely walks, 20 minute drive to the beach, and the campsite is small so your dog can have a little roam.

We have a mid wild pitch on the outskirts of the woods, lovely grassed area between trees. Our top field is perfect for motorhomes & caravans. Plenty of space to breath and relax. Located on the stunning heathlands of the Sutton Heath. We are surrounded by beautiful woodland walks, including the Sandlings walk and just 10 minutes from the river Deben. We have a bus stop at the top of the track and Melton train station is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive. There are access points onto public footpaths, leading to Rendlesham Forest. A famous site for UFOs! Sutton Hoo is a stone's throw away. Bring your bikes and explore the area on wheels. There is water access and portaloos. We do not have showers yet. Blue/grey waste must be taken away. LEAVE NO TRACE
