5 beautiful acres in the Swan Valley with horses, we run a horse rehoming charity from here where all proceeds from hipcamp go to support our facility. Along with plenty of horses, you'll also see kangaroos at certain times and our pet sheep Jamima who thinks she's a horse! A superb property with a winter creek and an open paddock where the horses live. It's very peaceful. There are only two camping sites available on this wonderful property at any time so privacy is assured. There is also a dam on the property so please mind any children with absent swimming abilities. Campfires are allowed during the season, and there is a toilet and shower available in the shed 100 meters from the camping area. Smaller groups booking the campsites will have full access to the toilet and shower. Please note, however, we offer a group camping option for larger groups but those booking this option must be fully self-contained as our facilities are not enough to support a large group. We have a strict Leave No Trace policy here, we kindly ask that you take all rubbish with you when you leave. We also ask that you please do not feed the horses. The property is well located to access many great wineries and cafes in the famous Swan Valley area, some within walking distance. Security here is taken care of by Mr security guard "aka" Smoky our pet dog. He's very safe and timid. If you get a pat from this boy I know you're good, so beware! We are dog friendly here, so you're welcome to bring mans best friend and we also have a secure yard to house any pets if you need a break, so long as they don't hassle the horses. We may also be able to accommodate your horse - please discuss this with us prior to booking. We look forward to welcoming you to Everything Horses ltd where you can enjoy one of the last pockets of peace left in the Swan Valley area. We are everythinghorsesltd on Facebook with current uploads to see more of the property and animals here. There is a red cone at the driveway to pull in to where you will be greeted, please leave any gates as you find them. We wish you happy travels campers

Welcome to Stargazer’s Retreat Tucked away at the quiet edge of the Swan Valley, Stargazer’s Retreat is a private bush retreat where the lights fall away, the sky opens up and the kangaroos become your neighbours. This is one of those rare pockets that feels genuinely removed, where nights are dark, the air is still, and kangaroos move through the property at dusk and dawn. Set on a large rural block in Herne Hill, the camp looks out over open bushland with minimal noise. During the day it’s peaceful and expansive; at night, the stars are the main event. On clear evenings the Milky Way is visible to the naked eye, and the silence is broken only by insects and distant wildlife. This is a place to slow down. Bring a chair, light a small fire (season permitting), cook simply, and watch the sky change. It’s ideal for couples, solo travellers, photographers, stargazers, or anyone needing a reset away from crowds, traffic, and screens. You’re close enough to Swan Valley wineries and local produce if you want to explore, but far enough away that once you arrive, it feels like you’ve stepped beyond the edge of everyday life. Best suited for • Stargazing and night sky lovers • Quiet campers and nature seekers • Couples and solo stays • Self-contained vehicles or tents What makes this place special • Dark skies and open horizons • Frequent kangaroo sightings • Minimal light pollution • Peace, space, and true stillness
