The cabin was cute and cozy, with a warm indoor stove to keep the place warm. Lots of space with one mains bed and two small beds up top. We were there in October and we had the area to ourselves which was great, but it seemed the camping spot and Teepee were quite close to the cabin.

Jan and Ryan were such great hosts :). I’m super glad I picked this spot, they even let me have the bigger site than what I booked as I was the only one there. The views were gorgeous, I even saw the stars :). The day I was leaving my car wouldn’t start and Jan was so generous to search all over for his jumper cables even while he was in the middle of moving.. so kind!!! Will definitely go back :).

We absolutely enjoyed our time at Heather's farm. The RV spot was nice and secluded, but just a short walk to the washroom. We loved all of the social animals and space to roam with our dog. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The cute little ferry was awesome, and the directions to John and Michelle's were straightforward. We got to nest in a bunch of trees and enjoy the lake and kayaking available. We visited too late in the season to fully take advantage of all the fun stuff to do, so we'll be back in the warmer months!

Better than advertise. The Kevin was new and clean. The wood stove kept us very warm and toasty. The firepit was well stocked with cedar cut offs . Hot pool was extremely relaxing and had a great vibe. We added a canoe to our trip and fished Gardom Lake. Excellent experience, we'll be back !

Come camp on a 40-acre parcel backing onto crown land mountains and wake up in front of 10 acres of vineyard and a view of Okanagan Lake! There is a small cabin and two camp sites to choose from. Site 1 is best suited for tents and small campervans, less than 18' or so (though people with small trailers like tear drop campers have been fine). Site 2 has a much larger flat area that can hold RVs up to 30'. Cabin available for those that want to sleep in a cozy bed and have a warm fire :) Outhouse on the property, which is just a pit toilet. It is a working farm so will likely have various equipment around at times as well as workers at certain times of the year. You’ll likely meet our very friendly and very energetic Bernedoodle, Bernie. If you prefer to keep him out of your campsite just let us know and we can keep him closer. Otherwise, he thinks he has the run of the place! Please check to see if campfires are allowed (live in a high-risk fire zone) and firewood is available with an extra charge. If you need anything to better enjoy your stay, just let us know! Our property is located in Peachland, BC. Positioned midway between Kelowna and Pentiction, it is the perfect location to draw from both population centres and is well-positioned to act as a hub for popular wine and other agri-tourism activities. Peachland is within easy reach of over 200 estate wineries and microbreweries.

Guests will get to wake up to the sounds of the Shuswap River flowing right outside their campsite. Sandy shaded kids play area with a kids swing, 2 person snowboard swing and a trampoline. A net and hammock for all your chilling needs. Load to explore around the property, including an island on the Shuswap River. Launch your floaties and spend the afternoon floating down the picturesque river, but please bear in mind the river conditions vary throughout the year. The 8KM river float is an intermediate level float and may not be suitable for young kids as there is a section that needs to be walked to avoid a dangerous area. There is other options for shorter floats upstream and end at our property. Please ask us for more details. We also have a field to ride any quads or dirt-bikes around. Its very basic riding conditions, but still fun for young kids! As well there is lots to see in the area including 2 waterfalls and Mable lake provincial park all within an hour drive. There is a full washroom with tub/shower, toilet and wifi access in our old farmhouse which is complimentary during your stay. We were the first people to live on this land and have built everything you see since 2017. When we arrived there were no trees on the property and we have planted some in the campsites which are quite small but will one day be large and mighty. Enjoy 20 beautiful acres just 5 minutes out of Vernon. Close proximity to Kal Lake, Swan Lake and Lake Okanagan. Fantastic hiking trails, biking trails, and watersports close by. We currently have 7 dispersed sites. These sites are set up in a ring, each with their own fire pit when there is no fire ban. There are washrooms and showers at our shop just a little hike from the sites. The water is well water and quite soft, but it is potable. The skinny taps in the washrooms do have filtered water There is potable water for washing dishes ( warm and cold) at the taps on the outside of the shop - near the entrance door for the washrooms. We live on the property as well, up on the hill. We want everyone to have a wonderful experience but do also want you to have your privacy. We venture down to the sites periodically to check but do try to stay out of the way. We look forward to hosting you!
