West Gate of Algonquin Park is one hour away.. Trails and pond swimming onsite (at main house). All proceeds fund regenerative land stewardship practices including permaculture community food forest / feng shui design project; Current priorities include rainwater collection, re-installation / improvement of blueberry bed and install fruit tree guilds.

Welcome to the beautiful and tranquil Northern Escape Campground located west of South River Ontario in the unorganized township of Parry Sound,  Just  a 5-minute drive from the Eagle Lake Narrows Beach and park, boat launch, and Country Store, as well as the Deer Lake boat launch. (Our Camp is not located in Burks falls  ,it s near Mikisew park.

Our campground offers convenience and access to stunning natural surroundings.

While our campground is currently under construction, we have 2 sites available with hydro , water and sewer..1 site with water and 15 amps. 1 site with no service and 1 cabin with Washroom and kitchen .

Enjoy the serenity of our secluded campground and unwind by the main fire pit. Take a leisurely walk through the nearby bush, or explore the area on horseback with stables located nearby. Spend your days at the beach, indulge in delicious fries at the Narrows, and let your kids have fun at the park.

For those who enjoy golf, the Eagle Lake Golf Course is just a short 6-minute drive away. 

 We offer a fire pit,  toys, and a sandpit for children to enjoy. play a game of horseshoe or enjoy playing dart outside . You can also embark on a small bush trail adventure for a touch of exploration.

Magnet Ravine Falls getaway

1 acre vacant land lot available for short term vacation getaways, located in beautiful Magnetawan and only 30 minutes east of Parry Sound.

Enjoy, canoeing, fly-fishing and even a bit of swimming with private ravine access and dock access across the street for small boats or canoes.  There is also a small pit for bonfires.

Land can be used for camping either with tents, trailer or an RV. Take a look at the scenery with the attached pictures and feel free to contact with any questions.

Long's Lake Vista ~ Loft, Tent, Van

Pitch your tent on the hilltop plateaus with lake and sunset views (zone 8 or 9). Or your Hammock in Zone 6 under the trees.  

Pit toilet available (zone 7). Power is available along with the use of the common deck and BBQ area in (zones 3 and; 4). Includes Outdoor Hot Shower Stall and Sink. 

Rent the Indoor loft space (zone 2), with 2x double air mattress, power, TV, fridge, dishes, air fryer, kettle, toaster, microwave, and hot plate. 

Power up your Van or RV (zone 1) with outdoor plugs, and park on the newly created flat drive area. 

For the more athletic, hike up to the cleared forest edge in zone 10 or get really rustic in zone 11 hike into the bush for some natural Bush floor camping. 

There is a table fire pit (propane) for you to use and enjoy responsibly; as Muskoka always has a fire ban on in the summer.

There are 27 acres of beautiful Muskoka bush for you to explore and enjoy. If you’re feeling adventurous you can hike around the surrounding forest; stay within the property boundaries and you will discover the hydro cut and its valley view, the ravine, the waterfall, and a footpath that leads to a bridge at the back of the lot. Or simply just relax and enjoy the soundings and view from the sitting rocks.

The public beach for swimming is a quick walk down Beach Road. It has a large dock, picnic tables,  grassy area along with an portapotty. Or check out the sandbar and drop off at the boat launch at the end of the road. The lake has a diverse shoreline and perfect for small boats and kayaks. Enjoy beautiful sunsets overlooking the western end of the lake.

Brennan's Hill Camping and Cabins

We are located on 100 wooded acres with only 34 tenting / trailer sites 7 cabins, and 3 trailer rentals,  guaranteeing a quiet, private and peaceful getaway. We are surrounded by hundreds of acres of wooded forest so peace and quiet will not be hard to find. Natural trails for hiking and biking run throughout the campground. Our campsites are large and a minimum of 50 feet between sites, some even 75′.
You can see pictures of each campsite on our booking page and it will give you specific information about the size and what each site can accommodate. Also look here for specifics about each of our cabins and trailers  which are all pet friendly.

Eagle Lake Narrows Sunset Sites

Come and camp on beautiful Eagle Lake with approximately 120' frontage facing North. The campsites are only steps away from the water’s edge where you can enjoy stunning sunsets.   Swimming, fishing and a playground are just across the road.  The sites have a raised fire pit to cook your meals and a picnic table for enjoying them. We can provide firewood for $12 a bag, just ask!&nbsp;

These medium sites can accommodate two tents  or a small camper with a total of four people.  There is a shared outhouse, with flush toilets at the park across the road.  Each site has water and electricity, and you can also find a WIFI signal nearby.&nbsp;

Eagle Lake Narrows Country Store is on the same three acre property.  There you can rent boat, canoe, kayak, SUP and bicycles.   Right across the road is a public beach, perfect for a relaxing day with family or friends. The public beach also is equipped with handy amenities like bathrooms, change rooms, fishing docks, and extra parking.&nbsp;

Eagle Lake is approximately 3 hours from Toronto, just over 4 hours from Ottawa, and less than an hour to Huntsville. It is very close to Algonquin Park.

Off -Grid Forest Retreat

Our remote off grid property in the forest east of Eagle Lake is a great place to disconnect and decompress. The roadside Bunkie sleeps 2 comfortably and can accommodate a RV trailer or tent as well.   Pets are welcome.&nbsp;

The property has a pit toilet, and campfires are allowed in the designated pit. There is also potable water in the bin with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ area. In the winter water would have to be stored inside.  Linen not provided.

You’ll wake up surrounded by trees and can explore the great hiking, nature viewing, atv trails and boating in the summer months.  In the winter enjoy glaming in the propane heated bunkie, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, snow machine trails at the door. Wildlife is all around.&nbsp; Several lakes and parks are nearby, including Mikisew Provincial Park on Eagle Lake, about 20 km south, where you can go boating, paddling, or swimming and Algonquin Provincial Park is close as well with many lakes and hiking trails. Some restaurants and stores can be found in the South River, about 20 km away.

Located on the South Branch of the Muskoka River. Enjoy a private setting amongst well established trees. There is a dock and a 10’x10’ waterfront platform which can be used for tent set up. Swim in the clean clear waters. Launch your canoe or kayak for an adventure on the river. Bracebridge is just 15 minutes away if you need to replenish supplies or access medical assistance.
