We are one hour outside of Kamloops on a maintained public gravel road, however AWD or 4WD recommended during late fall to late spring. We have no minimum stay but highly recommend two nights. Do not use google maps to find our place - it can be very confusing. Google maps may show coming to our property from Savona but the easiest drive is from Kamloops. Please use the directions that get emailed to you just before your stay. To get here head to the Kamloops airport then follow Tranquille Criss Creek Road. We do not recommend traveling this road in the dark if you are not familiar with it!
Wonderfully private! Come give our land some love as it recovers from the 2021 Sparks Lake forest fire. Acres and acres to hike, mountain bike and snowshoe. Surrounded by crown land there is no lack of space to explore and easy access to forest service roads to quad and bike. Many lakes near by for fishing and kayaking. Wildlife galore! There are wild flowers and plants so come forage and explore. Disconnect from the busyness of city life! Heads up: Being right off Hwy 1 means it can get noisy with traffic sometimes. If you're a light sleeper, just a heads up.
Here, you’ll see chickens, geese, goats, sheep, and two friendly farm dogs roaming around. The dogs can be a bit rambunctious at first—our white pup is still full of energy, while the black dog is older and more chill. Both are harmless and love making new friends.
There’s always something going on—we’re a working farm, so it’s a little rustic and a lot authentic. This isn’t a Pinterest-perfect farm — it’s real, with imperfections and a work in progress.
We can only accommodate fully contained units at this time.
You’re just 5 minutes by car from Canoe Beach and downtown Salmon Arm, and only a 5-minute walk to Setters Pub and Northyards Cidery if you want to keep it local. If you're looking for more options, we're happy to share some recommendations!
What else?
• Propane fire pit and tank rental: $45 per stay, with refills available for $40.
• Tent rental: We have a 2-person tent for $20 if you want it for your stay. Please pack it up when you leave, and let us know if anything gets damaged.
• Campfires: We’re allowed one campfire on the property at a time (local regs), so if someone’s already there, don’t be shy — it’s communal. Share the space and enjoy yourself.
• Mosquitoes: They’re part of the package—bring bug spray!
• Bats: You might see some flying around at night—nature’s little helpers.
We’re still growing and improving the farm, so if you notice anything broken or off, please let us know so we can fix it quickly.

For those bringing RVs, this property can accommodate vehicle lengths up to 45 feet on mostly grassy surfaces. There are no hookups, and generators are not allowed. Campfires are okay as long as there are no fire restrictions in place. The property does not offer a toilet or other amenities, but it does provide plenty of space, soft grass, and mountain scenery. Popular activities nearby include tubing down the Shuswap River, visiting the only outdoor drive-in movie theatre in British Columbia, hiking at Enderby Cliffs Provincial Park, and driving about 30 minutes south to Vernon to explore Okanagan Lake. Heading north of the property, you can check out local wineries and Shuswap Lake.

We’re excited to open up our working hobby farm for you to enjoy. This isn’t your typical campsite—it’s our home and farm on 10 acres right off the Trans-Canada Highway.
Heads up: Being right off Hwy 1 means it can get noisy with traffic sometimes. If you're a light sleeper, just a heads up.
Here, you’ll see chickens, geese, goats, sheep, and two friendly farm dogs roaming around. The dogs can be a bit rambunctious at first—our white pup is still full of energy, while the black dog is older and more chill. Both are harmless and love making new friends.
There’s always something going on—we’re a working farm, so it’s a little rustic and a lot authentic. This isn’t a Pinterest-perfect farm — it’s real, with imperfections and a work in progress.
We can only accommodate fully contained units at this time.
You’re just 5 minutes by car from Canoe Beach and downtown Salmon Arm, and only a 5-minute walk to Setters Pub and Northyards Cidery if you want to keep it local. If you're looking for more options, we're happy to share some recommendations!
What else?
• Propane fire pit and tank rental: $45 per stay, with refills available for $40.
• Tent rental: We have a 2-person tent for $20 if you want it for your stay. Please pack it up when you leave, and let us know if anything gets damaged.
• Campfires: We’re allowed one campfire on the property at a time (local regs), so if someone’s already there, don’t be shy — it’s communal. Share the space and enjoy yourself.
• Mosquitoes: They’re part of the package—bring bug spray!
• Bats: You might see some flying around at night—nature’s little helpers.
We’re still growing and improving the farm, so if you notice anything broken or off, please let us know so we can fix it quickly.

We were a group of 6 in 2 camper vans and a truck tent and the site by the gazebo was great. We enjoyed the views and got to wake up to horses grazing in the pasture. There was lots of space, it was flat, and there was a campfire ring right there. Good group camping spot.
Ken was also so friendly and helpful. Such a great host. Charlie (the dog) came to visit as well, so we got to enjoy his company each day too. Would definitely stay here again!

The grounds provide a place to pull off for the night and very close to amenities of Salmon Arm. The bathrooms were clean and wifi was available on the patio of the tasting room. We stayed at Site 5 backing on to the apple orchard. We didn't hear the traffic however we were in a truck camper.

We loved the camping there! The two hosts were super nice people and we ended up chatting quite a while while they showed us around. The campsite is very nice too: the pit toilet has a water bucket to wash hands and soap. Each campsite has a picknick table. There was only one other guest that night, so it was relatively privat. Would absolutely recommend.
