Unfortunately, we've had to raise our camping fees due to theft, breakages, and irresponsible behaviour that persistently occur. Little Eeden Farm and Pine Camp is a STIRCTLY NON-SMOKING property. We kindly ask all guests to respect this rule. Please note that penalties will apply if this policy is not followed. Interaction with farm animals. There are roosters that will crow early morning. PLEASE DO NOT CHASE ANY OF THE ANIMALS. ALL sites are NON-powered Dogs on leash allowed outside only, not inside café. Campfires - Permitted Use designated fire pits only, Do not build fires outside approved fire rings or pits. Never leave a fire unattended. An adult must supervise the fire at all times. Keep a water source nearby. Burn only firewood. Do not burn garbage, plastics, cans, glass etc. Nearest toilet dump site is Bindoon Oval. Recycling Bins are available. Generator noise can disturb other people’s enjoyment of the area and disturb native wildlife and the farm animals, so think about using alternatives. Solar panels and inverters are the best ways to provide power for your must-have devices when camping and can be used anywhere. However we do allow generators, but they can only operate strictly between 9am-6pm. Turn down all music and please lower your voices at 10pm, we don't mind if you still have fun, but take other campers into consideration please. All equipment is PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Playground Rules: - Adult Supervision required for use - No bare feet, wear proper footwear - Do not use play equipment improperly - No pushing or shoving Free honey tastings are available when shop is open, but please ask and we can arrange a tasting for you. Campers will be held responsible for any damaged caused during their stay. Kindly note this is a working farm and we operates completely off-grid, where power and water are valuable resources. We kindly request that you limit your shower time to no more than 3 minutes and switch off all lights when not in use, our generator may start from time to time.

We are a hobby farm set on 100-acres on the North Dandalup scarp, with a few sheep. You will find kangaroos, echidnas, sometimes emus visiting our property. You can enjoy the great views into the horizon towards the Indian Ocean amidst the tall jarrah and gum trees. Campsites are set in the woodlands, some with views. It’s perfect for people seeking 'quiet' time away, but still near to amenities in the towns around here. You can take walks to experience forest therapy, have a campfire or canoe in the dams during wintertime. There is no power, water or toilet facilities so campers must be completely self-contained. You are expected to clear up and take all rubbish with you. Leave no trace. The terrain is rather hilly, hence a few sites are accessible only by 4WD (Sembawang and Changi). There are some sites that are still accessible with regular cars (Opera 1, 2 or 3; Tampines, Bedok). RVs and small caravans are welcomed. All vehicles have to stay on the paths, and not to make any tracks. The gravel road leading to our property is shared with neighbours who run horses. As such, please drive really slowly here so as not to cause the horses to bolt. During the summer fire season, fires are strictly prohibited! Dogs welcome (on leash).

The resident Wedge-tail eagles soar above making the most of the thermals created from the hills and the local kangaroos Dogs are welcome but must remain on leads at ALL times as this is a working farm. We are closed from 1 Dec through to 31 March due to High Fire Risk. Our 43-hectare property is on the edge of the Darling Scarp behind the historical Fairbridge Village. Only 1 hour south of Perth, so it is close enough for a quick weekend getaway but far enough to enjoy the silence of the bush. There are elevated campsites with views west towards Mandurah and the Peel Estuary, northwest views toward Perth City, and three dams on the property. Guests must be fully self-contained, as no toilets or showers are available. Just amazing views :) Some locations are suitable for tents only, and some for caravans only. 4WD/AWDs are recommended as most sites are not easily accessible with a 2WD vehicle, especially during winter. Dog friendly. Campfires are permitted in designated areas with the host's approval (depending on fire restrictions). We are closed over the summer period due to increased fire risk.

5 beautiful acres in the Swan Valley with horses, we run a horse rehoming charity from here where all proceeds from hipcamp go to support our facility. Along with plenty of horses, you'll also see kangaroos at certain times and our pet sheep Jamima who thinks she's a horse! A superb property with a winter creek and an open paddock where the horses live. It's very peaceful. There are only two camping sites available on this wonderful property at any time so privacy is assured. There is also a dam on the property so please mind any children with absent swimming abilities. Campfires are allowed during the season, and there is a toilet and shower available in the shed 100 meters from the camping area. Smaller groups booking the campsites will have full access to the toilet and shower. Please note, however, we offer a group camping option for larger groups but those booking this option must be fully self-contained as our facilities are not enough to support a large group. We have a strict Leave No Trace policy here, we kindly ask that you take all rubbish with you when you leave. We also ask that you please do not feed the horses. The property is well located to access many great wineries and cafes in the famous Swan Valley area, some within walking distance. Security here is taken care of by Mr security guard "aka" Smoky our pet dog. He's very safe and timid. If you get a pat from this boy I know you're good, so beware! We are dog friendly here, so you're welcome to bring mans best friend and we also have a secure yard to house any pets if you need a break, so long as they don't hassle the horses. We may also be able to accommodate your horse - please discuss this with us prior to booking. Each site is close to the Murray River and is surrounded by nature, so you truly feel far away from the rest of the world. The property is close to the famous Bibbulmun track, with Harvey and Boddington equal distances away, so options to explore the region easily. Campers can go for walks along the river, relax, and enjoy the sounds of nature. Throw your kayak in for a paddle. Throw a line in and try your luck at fishing. As the day slips away, catch a beautiful sunset, as you toast marshmallows by the campfire (outside of fire restriction times). There are no toilets or amenities, so all campers need to be fully self-contained in that respect, with their own camp toilet and water, and we ask you to take all waste when you go. There’s also little to no cell reception at the sites. There is background noise from the nearby conveyer belt that goes on and off randomly. Some people take it as soothing white noise while others think it’s overbearing. Pet-friendly, so you're welcome to bring your four-legged friend along. Unplug from everyday life, escape and reconnect with friends and family in nature.

The Northern half of the property is a combination of pasture and native trees, while the Southern half is native bush and seasonal wetlands. Guests are welcome to roam the entire property with the exception of the owner's residence and sheds. Prohibited areas including neighbouring properties will be signposted.

Spent the weekend here and it definitely deserves the 100% rating. Only an hour and 15 minutes drive from home so no rest stops required. Natalie and John are doing a sterling job. Had a warm moo welcome from the cattle while setting up camp, and the sheep came around the next morning for a cuppa. If you have little kids, they'd love feeding times. Stunning scenery all around, especially from the rocky outcrop across the paddock from the camping ground. And the stars at night...majestic, especially for someone like me who enjoys a bit of astronomy. Highly recommend PVF and we are already looking at dates to come back.
