Beautiful property very close to wineries and Girraween National Park. Plenty of space and lovely views with lots of granite boulders dotted around. Elizabeth met us at the gate and showed us in which was great as we arrived after dark. Big flat site overlooking a dam. Lots of beautiful bird life.

Bush Farm Camp by the Dam
We loved staying at this bush camp. It was very proximal to Stanthorpe and the Girraween national park. We had an amazing encounter with their cow heard who kept us company by the dam. There were fire places set up by the dam to use also. Elizabeth was very hospitable and lovely. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay on Liz’s property. Liz really made us feel at home, We loved the serenity, the only sounds we heard were the cows mooing and all the many birds. Even our dog Rocky loved camping.

Elizabeth was very welcoming, met me at the cattle grid and showed me where to camp. I had a relaxing stay with the camping spot all to myself.

Bush farm camp by the dam was a great site. You have so much space all to yourselves and the whole dam to also. Great tracks to walk and check out the property. Our dogs had an amazing time with all the space available.

Great camping at Liz's farm. Wonderful host, welcoming and helpful. Liz has set up her campsites to be private from one another and provide a feeling of offgrid and serenity. Space felt very private the entire time and was great dor parents and kids to enjoy the private boulders, bushland and animals around the area.

Bush Farm Camp by the Dam
Liz was a super friendly hostess and put us instantly in holiday mode. We loved our 3 nights enjoying the bird life, kangaroos and cattle and especially the serenity of this beautiful farm. We can’t wait to come again. And our dog Rocky didn’t want to leave either.

We had an amazing stay at Liz's farm. Very private camp-site nestled away amongst the trademark granite belt rocks, we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time here! The campsite itself was great, excellent sunset views, and very private! Bonus was that the site was not too far from a number of wineries and cafes! I'd recommend this to anyone who wants a bush getaway, but doesn't want to be too far from a good cup of coffee or glass of wine! Thanks Elizabeth, you were a great host!

We enjoyed camping by the huge rocks. The scenery across the paddocks was peaceful with sheep and cattle grazing. We loved the sunrises and the beautiful starry nights. We explored the property enjoying many walks. It was a perfect location to enjoy a brisk winter camping experience with cozy warm campfires.

We loved camping here as a family. There were other people camping on the farm but we never saw or heard them. Liz was caring for a couple of kangaroo joeys and let our kids bottle-
feed them. The kids loved the sheep and the dogs too. They loved exploring the bush and climbing the giant boulders. We went bike riding along the trails and explored the property with the kids in the back of the ute. Lots to do in the local area as well - fruit picking, the maze, the cheese shop, chocolate shop, and amazing wineries with animals and running around space for kids. Lots of star gazing and camp fires. Really special family time. We will be back. Cath

We had the best time on Elizabeth’s farm, it was our most favourite camping spot to date. The kids loved being able to explore and climb all the granite boulders on the farm and seeing all the animals. Elizabeth was so lovely and wonderful with our kids even allowing them to bottle feed some joeys and gave the best recommendations of places to visit. So much to see and do we can’t wait to come back! ❤️

It was lovely! We were able to make it out in a sedan after good weather. Elizabeth was lovely, met us at the house and took us to our site. We were able to feed and pat some of the animals they have on the farm. Would definitely stay again.

Bush camping at its best. We started to name the sheep that would pop in to say hello. Loved going for walks and seeing the old relics tucked in between the granite boulders….. photographer’s haven especially at sunset. Elizabeth is the perfect host and she’s just a genuine beautiful lady. Definitely coming back.

Overall the site was really good. However it is worth noting that there is a bit of a track to get in to the site, which managed to put a few scratches on the caravan.

Bush Farm Camp by the Dam
Absolutely love it. It was our second visit and we’ll definitely be back. She even remembered who we were and knew the area we were requesting to stay in. Although it is a trip from where we live, this will remain our number 1 place to stay. We love exploring the farm with our dog and love to see all the sights. Close to Stanthorpe and the shops while making you feel like you’re the only person in the world.

Lovely quite spot, rugged track to get in but nothing to extreme, Liz will guide you to your spot so can’t get lost, plenty to explore and close to wineries and town if needed
