Glennbrooke River Camp offers approximately 1.2 km of stunning river frontage which feeds into the beautiful Wagonga Inlet. Campers are required to be fully self sufficient with their OWN toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste and rubbish with them on departure. LEAVE NO TRACE. CARS MUST BE 4WD UNLESS DISCUSSED WITH BROOKE. The property borders Bodalla State Forest and Box Cutting rainforest walk where you can find multiple mountain bike and walking tracks. We are just 15 minutes from beautiful Narooma beach and township where you can find everything you need for your stay. There is also a fire pit available at each site and you can purchase firewood,Let us know what you require and we have it ready for your stay. Pets are welcome but please only let them off-leash if they are friendly and won't disturb other campers. Free Dump points are located at Dalmeny and Moruya. Please note: Whilst we can accept motorhomes and campervans in normal weather conditions, if there has been heavy rain access is effected and these vehicles will struggle to get to the campsites. We will do our best to keep an eye on the weather report, and let you know if we have any concerns. We ask that you kindly do the same.

Glennbrooke River Camp
Best South Coast hipcamps
Brooke and Glenn have a wonderful property and are thoughtful hosts. Camping on the two main riverside sites is nicely grassed, level and with direct river access. Kayaking, fishing and swimming are all right at your site. There's good separation from other camp group, and both have generous firepits. Setting up a toilet tent (for those without a van ensuite) amongst the screen of sheoaks is easy. As it was winter, we showered at the Narooma aquatic centre for a few dollars... perfect after riding the Narooma MTB trails which are close by. Highly recommended for self-sufficient campers. Access is good/easy, no 4WD needed but AWD may help if wet. Order Glenn's trailer load of firewood... super value and we had large fires all through our winter stay - very needed! Will be back in summer to explore the river system. Thanks Brooke and Glenn :)

Glennbrooke River Camp
We had a truly outstanding 4 night stay at Glennbrook. Having read the previous reviews we were excited about our stay and it more than lived up to expectations. Brooke and Glenn are the most hospitable hosts and nothing was too much trouble! We had ample firewood to keep warm for a very reasonable price delivered right to the fire pit. The access track was fine for us although there was rain on one of the nights and Glenn worked tirelessly the next day to mitigate the slipperiness by adding gravel and clearing the grass hill as a second access option. The sites themselves are in our opinion the best of anything we have any seen. Beautifully maintained, so serene and picturesque. We are already planning our next escape to Glennbrooke River Camp.

Glennbrooke River Camp
Perfect Site. 🏕️
Wow! This camp is so great everything we wanted in a site. The kids had a fabulous time playing on the old boat and exploring the trails around the property. Others campers are far enough away that we have enough privacy. Sites are large grassy and flat. The large fire pits made cooking in our camp oven so easy and no mess. Narooma and Dalmeny were only a short drive away if you want to go exploring or need supplies. If you want to camp on the far south coast this hipcamp should definitely be on your list. Brooke and Glenn were the best hosts, they greeted us on arrival and Glenn towed us down to our site because recent rain had made the road to sites a little to slippery to drive down. They were both so accommodating and were around if we needed anything. They were quick to response to any messages. We loved our time here and will definitely be back.

Glennbrooke River Camp
Amazing property, Amazing people
Brooke and Glen were amazing hosts, they did everything they could to make sure we had a great stay, they kept us warm, gave us advice on where to shower, even jumpstarted our car late out night. As for the property it was absolutely stunning, relaxing and peaceful. Me and my partner would highly recommend booking with them and staying on their property. We will be returning 100%, thanks for having us guys

Glennbrooke River Camp
Memorable camping experience
We had the pleasure of staying at Glennbrooke River Stay, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality from the lovely host family and the beautiful country side. It was very private down near water and large size fire pits. We got to feed the cows which was a highlight. It was a bit chilly at night so if camping during winter pack some extra blankets. We can’t wait to go back to this great spot. Close to Narooma and other beach spots too. Thank you for having us !

We loved our stay at Brooke’s property. Beautiful site with view of the river, big fire pit, peaceful, large site & nobody nearby! Brooke is as very responsive & great communication. They are very generous with their firewood for $20 a load.
