Riverview Lodge is situated on 50 acres of a working cattle property. The lodge sits high on the banks of the beautiful Clarence River. There is only one glampsite on the property, with fishing, swimming, and kayaking all within walking distance. Enjoy beautiful river frontage, escarpments, and picnic spaces. Equine Assisted Therapy experiences are available upon request. Rest Point Hotel is less than 20 km from the property, and Grafton City is only a 25 km drive away. The property has formed dirt road access, suitable for vehicles with normal clearance. Off-grid power and a modern, smell-free composting toilet are provided! No air con, its off grid and quite hot in summer.Our private, off the grid pod sits inside a geological bowl above the beautiful Clarence River. Separate amenties includes gas hot water shower and outdoor bath, composting, no smell toilet, outdoor kitchen with BBQ for cooking. Inside the pod is a small fridge/freezer. Great bass fishing in September/October.

Riverside Bliss
Riverview Lodge Glamping Pod
Fantastic stay! Elizabeth’s place is amazing. The outdoor bath was the highlight and everything else surpassed our expectations. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and all the unique touches to the bedroom made it really homely. Elizabeth went above and beyond with some extras and was very welcoming when we met her (on horseback!) to guide us in. Thank you - we’ll be back!

Glamping on point!
Riverview Lodge Glamping Pod
Beth is the most welcoming host, she gave super clear instructions to make sure we could get to the property ok. The property wow! It’s very private, overlooking the river and is just gorgeous. The bath was such a brilliant touch! BBQ, shower, toilet, hot bath, fans, blankets, a fridge, kettle - whatever you need for your stay it is there! I really cannot recommend enough, beautiful views!

Perfect
Riverview Lodge Glamping Pod
The glamping pod was so lovely, well-equipped, clean and cosy. It is quite a distance from the main house on the property and therefore very private. Great shower and the composting toilet was clean and odour-free. Gorgeous views over the river. Everything was as described and suited our needs perfectly.

Such a beautiful place and surrounds by the river - the pictures don’t do it justice. Hot shower, gorgeous outdoor bath and lots of sounds of birds and beautiful horses. Thank you Beth.

The location, the sites, the hosts and everything screams a unique, intimate and solitude experience you want to enjoy. Clean, great view and private clamping you dont want to miss if you are around as we were for Grafton Jacaranda Festival. Thank you Elizabeth and your stay is now in my favs list.
