There is nothing more magical than a tent at twilight. The bell tent is set up with pretty string lights on the posts and down the front, as well as a lantern hanging from inside the top, so even after dark the tent was an inviting place to hang out.

Dancing the Land Farm Camp
4 sites · Lodging, RVs, Tents56 acres · Clearwater, MNDancing the Land Farm is a small, organic farm in Central Minnesota. Owned and operated by Liz and Curtis, and their little daughter Lulu, the farm raises veggies, flowers, medicinal herbs, goats for milk and fiber, sheep, and pigs, as well as lots of chickens, ducks, quail, guineas, and a pair of peacocks. We also have two friendly farm dogs who both believe you all come here just to give them belly rubs. The land is dotted with rolling glacial moraine hills surrounded by marshes. Sandhill Cranes, herons, swans, geese, ducks and all other kind of water loving critters are common sights here. Even otters and beaver have been seen! Eagles are everywhere these days, harriers, and hawks of all kinds. A birders dream! Spring/early summer is baby goat and lamb season, so come prepared for antics and adorableness! From midsummer to frost the gardens and flower fields really start to explode with color and fragrance, and bushels of farm fresh produce. Be sure to book a tour! In the fall the aspens around the farm start shimmering golden, while the oaks deepen to rich, flame-hearted earth tones. Opening early summer of 2022, the Dancing the Land Farm Store will be stocked with all manner of delicious produce, pastured pork (bacon over the campfire!), goat, lamb, eggs, flowers, and dry goods, along with yarn and fiber arts for campers to shop at their leisure. A luxurious glamp PLUS delicious, organically grown food? Yes, please!

Swan Lake Resort & Campground
21 sites · Lodging, RVs, Tents17 acres · Fergus Falls, MNSince 1949, we've been a family-operated resort & campground on Swan Lake in Fergus Falls, MN. We offer lakeside cabins, tent camping, and full hook-up, pull-through RV sites. Here, there is time to slow down, room to breathe, and lots to explore. Soak up the sun on the sandy beach, hike through the hidden trails, and take the pontoon out for a cruise. Be sure to turn the tech off and challenge a rival to ping pong, crack a cold one, and explore the water on stand-up paddleboard. Bring the little ones and get messy at the arts & crafts table, catch a sunfish off the docks, and indulge in s’mores around the campfire. Don’t forget to show us what you got on the volleyball court and savor an ice cream at the camp store. Curl up in a hammock and get lost in a good book, smile at the flowers and gaze in awe at the night sky. Just be.

Daniel's Cabin Retreat
4 sites · Lodging, RVs, Tents40 acres · Waseca, MNThe River Farm once owned by Ulysses S. Grant and purchased from former Speaker of the House Rod Searle who held the Governor's Deer Camp here and congressional parties while in office on a private conservation park nicknamed the Jewel of Waseca County because of it's scenic overlook of the LeSueur River Valley, rolling hillside and diverse topography. Remote valley offers peace and quite with the exception of a few coyotes calls some nights. Your pet dog are allowed at site 1 and please check with us about having a dog at site 3. Thanks

Dock on the pond, the pond is currently low due to drought and being very late summer but still full of wildlife including fish, turtles, ducks, geese, cranes, muskrat, and more. I expect it will be full again by spring.

9 sites · RVs, Tents11 acres · SDUncle B's farm is a small 11 acre hobby farm with a large vegetable garden, chickens, peafowl, guinea fowl, turkeys, dogs, and cats. There is an old quarried stone railroad bridge and a few short walking trails around the pond. The pond is at the back of the property where I have 6 dry camp sites for tents or self contained RV's. All sites have partial to full shade and most have mature trees that will work for a hammock or tensile tent. The "shower shack" has 2 separate 3/4 baths with all modern plumbing and is shared by all guests. Available at Uncle B's RV Camper site I have 3 RV sites with water and 30 Amp electrical hookups. All of the campsites have a firepit, some with cooking grates and all sites have a picnic table. Uncle B's farm has been voted Best Hip Camp to see in South Dakota. Come see why...

Flying "L" Vineyard
7 sites · RVs, Tents22 acres · Isanti, MN I Grew up on the property and at the time it was a dairy farm after being Stationed in Italy While In the Airforce I came up with the idea for Dad and I to change the old farm into a vineyard and eventually it will grow up into being a winery.  That's part of the reason I want to host campers is to help pay for the winery equipment

Whippletree Farm & Nature Trail
3 sites · Lodging, RVs, Tents40 acres · Lake Elmo, MNWelcome to Whippletree! Our family established this farm in 1869 and it has been in continuous agricultural production ever since. Currently we produce eggs, honey, hops and fruit crops. We seasonally offer these food items at our wayside stand right on the farm. Besides tillable farm land, we are stewards of native prairie, small wooded areas, a remnant of an oak savanna and wetlands, with trails throughout. We consider this our sanctuary and enjoying sharing it with others looking for a place of retreat to connect with the natural world. Stop by for a visit!

The Jubilee Homestead
4 sites · RVs, Tents5 acres · Stanchfield, MNOur family at The Jubilee Homestead is looking forward to another great camping season in 2022! This small hobby farm is where I (Esther) grew up and now my husband Joel, our four children, and my parents, are developing it into a self-supporting farmstead and event venue as we raise chickens and Nigerian dwarf goats, and grow a pick-your-own elderberry field. Our oldest son loves to plant and manage a small market garden with our campers in mind, so depending on when in the season you come, you may find some garden treasures to take home!
