We are an alternative to the cramped boxed in conditions you find in caravan parks. Plenty of space, green grass (when we have had rain) peace and quiet. Large 4800 square metre block. 4 camp sites all dog friendly sites. Gates are locked at night for safety. Great for kids and dogs to ride, run and play. We have a host dog Milo who loves pats and crashing under vans. You will see pictures of him on our website, He is very friendly and quiet. He does have the roam of the place. If you're not a dog person you may need to reconsider your booking. - Water and power available on request. Small fees apply. Only 15 minutes from Mount Martha village and Mornington, restaurants, amazing wineries, weekend markets, cafes and golf courses. We are 10 minutes from swimming beaches and 20 minutes from surf beaches. This is a 5.5 acre block, consisting of the host’s residence, garden and parkland. Polly's Paddock is half of the block. We offer 2 flat caravan or tent sites, both with drinking water , 1 with limited power , the other no power. There is also a site with a glamping tent set in the garden. The 6 metre round tent sleeps 2, with a queen size bed, linen provided. It is carpeted, has a fridge, kettle and BBQ. Just pack your toothbrush, clothes, food and drinks. All 3 sites have the use of a shared composting toilet, and out doors bath. For a refreshing experience there is an outdoor, open air hot shower overlooking the dam. Close by is a spacious shelter/shed with tables, chairs and a rustic kitchen area with sink and heater. Well behaved dogs are accepted on the caravan sites, but we ask that you please discuss with us prior to booking. Dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times, wild ducks and the properties own poultry wander here. No dogs on the glamping tent site. A grassy dog enclosure is available for guests who wish to explore the area while leaving their pet in a safe space. Fantastic experience camping at Hounds on the Vine with our host Chris! We were warmly greeted and set up our caravan in a beautiful spot under a tree with a campfire and chairs provided ready to use. Spent a lovely afternoon at the winery sampling their fare and delightful wines across the way then a restful evening in our idyllic and peaceful campsite and woke up to the cows having their breakfast in the paddock opposite. The land was lush and clean, well cut grass, quiet and private environment with toilet facilities available on site.

Felt warmly welcomed by the hosts on arrival! Lovely grassy campsite (Vineside) with stunning views and a short stroll to the cellar door (and well appointed toilets!). A few cute farm animals in the paddock opposite the campsite. Cellar door was busy but only open on weekends and during the week there were very few people around. Will be making time to visit the cellar door next time! Great location and superb hospitality, can’t wait to stay again!

Good communication. Easy to follow directions to site. Lovely host. We chose the bottom paddock as it was closest to the beach although we could see the backyards of houses. The bottom paddock option would be wonderful in Summer for quick beach access for a swim. The top paddock option would feel more like a ‘farm’ experience with no visible houses. We were the only ones there in the bottom paddock and had a lovely time as did our pooch Kai. So much room to run about. We loved waking up and seeing your cows. Thanks so for much for hosting us. We would like to come again and would recommend you to others. See you next time.

This was our second time back at Pollys Paddock this year and yet again it did not disappoint. Flat pitch , firepit and sunshine made our 2 nights perfect for us and our dog Maya . Will be back again in Spring / Summer .

When last did you camp on a golf course? Immaculately mowed grass with wide open space, serenity deluxe. So peaceful. Campsites do not get any better than this! Ali & Damian are excellent hosts and super friendly. Definitely one of the very best Hipcamps.

The location is beautiful, the food, wine and hospitality at the cellar door was exceptional and everyone was so welcoming and friendly, including the cows and goats! The location is perfect for exploring the Bellarine peninsula. Thanks for making our stay so pleasant.

Weekend Trip to Salt Wood Glamping

We stayed at Saltwood for the weekend and it was magical. Tessa and Sam are wonderful hosts, the sites are private and quiet and the bushland surrounding them is full of birds and wildlife. The shower and toilet was clean and the water runs hot. There is also a mini kitchen area with a toaster, kettle and microwave. My daughters enjoyed using the hammocks and wooden go karts down the hill. But the star of the show was the flying fox!!! Hours of fun was had. We were sad to leave and will be making this a regular camping experience, being an hour away from home it’s easy to pack up and get away from it all whenever the weather is good. Thanks Sam and Tessa - see you soon.

Weekend Trip to Polly's Paddock

We LOVED our stay here. Amanda is such a cool host. The rustic, farmhouse-style kitchen and bathroom areas truly made us so happy. The tea lights lighting the pathway to the outdoor shower and bath were such a special touch. This is 1000x better than staying in a large campsite. The lighting made it feel cosy and the well maintained land felt like a home away from home. We felt very safe and had privacy. Also so happy that dogs are allowed and only on leash, which suited us perfectly. We stayed in our campervan and had everything we needed. We only wished we didn’t have to set off so early in the morning. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you ☺️☺️

Weekend Trip to Salt Wood Glamping

My girlfriend and I were here to celebrate our anniversary and we wouldn’t have had it a different way! The area was well secluded with a top notch glamping tent. We were able to explore the area with everything being pretty well within 10 minutes of the camper, it made life even easier. I highly recommend this glamper and property!
