The 6 metre round tent sleeps 2, with a queen size bed, linen provided. It is carpeted, has a fridge, kettle and BBQ. Just pack your toothbrush, clothes, food and drinks. All 3 sites have the use of a shared composting toilet. For a refreshing experience there is an outdoor, open air hot shower overlooking the dam. Pollys paddock is named after a beautiful palomino horse named Polly, who lived here as a loved member of our family into her early 40s. Polly's Paddock is a quiet camping area on the Mornington Peninsula. We are a couples only camping (adults only), no children, for safety reasons with a dam close by. Only 15 minutes from Mount Martha village and Mornington, restaurants, amazing wineries, weekend markets, cafes and golf courses. We are 10 minutes from swimming beaches and 20 minutes from surf beaches. This is a 5.5 acre block, consisting of the host’s residence, garden and parkland. Polly's Paddock is half of the block. We offer 2 flat caravan sites, both with drinking water , 1 with limited power , the other no power. There is a site with a glamping tent set in the garden. The 6 metre round tent sleeps 2, with a queen size bed, linen provided. It is carpeted, has a fridge, kettle and BBQ. Just pack your toothbrush, clothes, food and drinks. All 3 sites have the use of a shared composting toilet. For a refreshing experience there is an outdoor, open air hot shower overlooking the dam. Close by is a spacious shelter/shed with tables, chairs and a rustic kitchen area with sink and heater. Well behaved dogs are accepted on the caravan sites, but we ask that you please discuss with us prior to booking. Dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times, wild ducks and the properties own poultry wander here. No dogs on the glamping tent site. Campfires are allowed during the cooler months, left to the hosts discretion for safety reasons. We supply a fire pit. BYO wood. No fires apart from in the fire pits provided are to be lit. Fires are to be extinguished before going to bed or leaving. We had a wonderful stay at Amanda’s place. Everything was really well set up, with lots of thoughtful touches that made it feel comfortable and welcoming. The outdoor bath was a highlight, and it’s only a short drive to the beaches and shops. Amanda was a lovely host and made everything easy. We’d happily stay again and would definitely recommend it.

Paperbark was a wonderful peaceful retreat with great facilities. Amanda was very responsive to messages and super friendly when we met her at the site. Everything was clean and so well maintained. We loved all the quirky little areas. We don’t live far away so will definitely be back with friends and family. This was the perfect antidote to the Christmas crazy laying under the shade of the oak tree !

This is a great site. Friendly staff welcome you, plenty of places to pitch a tent without being near anyoneelse, spotlessly clean toilets and hot showers. All within (steep) walking distance of Mount Martha and the beach. Very affordable, highly recommended.

Idyllic, wonderful, beautiful! I wanted to stay a week. It was such a stunning spot and Amanda and Geoff have made it so beautiful with the gardens, outdoor shower and extra touches. I brought my adventure cat and he loved it too.

Excellent communication and really friendly. The fire pit was a good size and we loved the bench swing near the camp fire. Google Maps was able to find the location but Waze struggled with the dirt road. It was great to take our dog too and my daughter enjoyed feeding the goats!

We loved staying at Russie's. We were given a warm welcome on arrival and taken to the paddock. It was so relaxing, you cannot hear any traffic at all, only the sounds of the birds. It was a complete getaway while still being close enough to home. We will definitely be back to visit again. I highly recommend staying here.

What a beautiful place. Birds galore and there are apparently platypus in the creek. Gorgeous and well kept little reserve obviously loved by generations of people. Gifted to the public by a visionary from long ago, it’s testament to what a little love and respect can do for the environment. Beautifully maintained but wear your thongs, sandals, shoes as there are one or two three corner jacks around.

My partner and I only stayed one night in our swag but had such a lovely time. It was great meeting the family and all the critters that call this island in the trees home. The property is easy to find and is in a great location to explore the surrounds. The two large sites spaced amongst the flowers were tidy and easy to access. Large fire pits great for a group to camp around in the cooler months. The proteas were out in all their glory and the ones we chose to take home made it all the way back to QLD and are still looking stunning weeks later! Thank you very much Tamara and family for a great night away 😊🌱

More than just a paddock. This is a piece of paradise and better than most caravan parks I've been to. Kind and helpful hosts A beautiful property with ample flat space for car and camper The gardens are gorgeous with lots of little garden rooms but the highlights were the under cover camp kitchen with potbelly and lots of special little touches, a walk around the pretty damn and lots of interesting sculptures and garden art. This place is amazing
