Pollys paddock is named after a beautiful palomino horse named Polly, who lived here as a loved member of our family into her early 40s.
Polly's Paddock is a quiet camping area on the Mornington Peninsula. We are a couples, mates , friends , camping (adults only), no children, for safety reasons with a dam close by.
Only 15 minutes from Mount Martha village and Mornington, restaurants, amazing wineries, weekend markets, cafes and golf courses.
We are 10 minutes from swimming beaches and 20 minutes from surf beaches.
This is a 5.5 acre block, consisting of the host’s residence, garden and parkland. Polly's Paddock is half of the block.
We offer 2 flat caravan or tent sites, both with drinking water , 1 with limited power , the other no power.
There is also a site with a glamping tent set in the garden.
The 6 metre round tent sleeps 2, with a queen size bed, linen provided.
It is carpeted, has a fridge, kettle and BBQ. Just pack your toothbrush, clothes, food and drinks.
All 3 sites have the use of a shared composting toilet.
For a refreshing experience there is an outdoor, open air hot shower overlooking the dam.
Close by is a spacious shelter/shed with tables, chairs and a rustic kitchen area with sink and heater.
Well behaved dogs are accepted on the caravan sites, but we ask that you please discuss with us prior to booking. Dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times, wild ducks and the properties own poultry wander here.
No dogs on the glamping tent site.
Campfires are allowed during the cooler months, left to the hosts discretion for safety reasons. We supply a fire pit. BYO wood.

The chicory kiln at the entrance is known as the “Bern Denham kiln”. Bern Denham was one of the three original entrepreneurs in the 1920s who were the first to take tourists by torchlight to see the little penguins’ nightly arrival on the beach. Not to mention he was an influential contributor in getting the Phillip Island racetrack built and up and running.

The chicory kiln at the entrance is known as the “Bern Denham kiln”. Bern Denham was one of the three original entrepreneurs in the 1920s who were the first to take tourists by torchlight to see the little penguins’ nightly arrival on the beach. Not to mention he was an influential contributor in getting the Phillip Island racetrack built and up and running.
Please Note: Our property and all sites do not have any external power, water or toilet facilities available for campers so you will need to be completely self – contained in a caravan, campervan or roof top tent set up. Our check - in on the day of arrival is between 2.00pm - 5.00pm and we appreciate an estimated time of arrival. We had a relaxing stay at Nirvana., The property is well laid out and felt quiet and private even though there were a few campers there during our stay. Our kids absolutely loved the trampoline and exploring the property to check out the chickens and neighboring horse. They also enjoyed the company of a few other children who stayed. The location was close to everything on the peninsula so we were able to easily explore the area. Would love to come back soon!

Fantastic spot! Marc’s property is amazing…. all the modern conveniences you’d need and want but secluded enough to feel like you’re a bit off grid. We had a lovely view of the neighbouring farms and a gorgeous horse who came up to say a few times! The property is very well maintained and even with 4 or 5 other guests, we had enough space to feel like we were the only ones there. Can’t recommend highly enough and will definitely be back!! The kids loved the trampoline!!!

I highly recommend Foxes Den, we will definitely be back. We had a great time!
The kids wandered the pine forests, had loads of space to kick the footy and fly a plane. We didn’t have bikes but they could have fun riding around. There is also a community bush kindy that is held on the property and my kids loved going for a wander to play and relax in the hammocks. It is very natural rugged play. The kids loved watching the wild rabbits and eagles fly over, some were huge.
The sites, although you could see the other campers, were very spacious, at night it was really peaceful. Each site had some log seats and a fire pit area with endless free wood chopped ready to use. Hugh met us at the property showed us everything we needed to know, he provided a 10lt bucket of water for fire safety. There was also plenty of water at the front of the property to refill our tanks. It is a little dry and dusty when the wind is present but nothing that worried us. I’d imagine mid autumn after a little rain would be great. We loved our time camping at site 3.

We were fortunate to stay at the Creek Campground at Tonimbuk Farm.
The camp site is perfect! Secluded (not within site/hearing of others), huge space that could fit 3-4 families, fire pit and even a bar !
The hosts have setup festoon lighting and provide a generator to run the light at night - looks amazing.
Our daughter especially liked Marley & Max (the resident farm dogs) who dropped in every so often for a pat.
A big thanks to Rob & Leanne for providing such a beautiful part of their property. Great hosts ! We look forward to coming back again.

We were greeted with a very warm welcome, the camping area is spacious with lots of different areas and corners to explore. Close to all the amazing vineyards and we just loved exploring the area. This place exceeded all expectations. The location, privacy, stunning scenery, and beautiful birdlife created the perfect setting. I hosted a camping weekend here for my 40th birthday with around 30 friends, and it truly couldn’t have been a better choice.
Rob and Leanne were exceptional hosts — warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Leanne even surprised us with gorgeous flower arrangements for the tables and bar area, which added such a special touch to the celebration.
It was a weekend for the memory books. 10/10 — I couldn’t recommend it more highly! 👍🏾
