We have 2 dogs, 6 pet sheep and 4 lambs, 2 blue tongue lizards The farming area is completely fenced in, this is to keep the deer out, but you can venture out onto the property bush land with the correct map and navigation equipment. Our walk the neighboring farm (105 acres) Eagles, cockatoos, black cockatoos, kookaburras, magpies, rosellas, king parrots, Gang-gang cockatoo, honey eaters can be spotted most days and lyrebirds if you’re keen to go looking. Small playground with swings, slide, monkey bars and sandpit. Taxi service - The Graceful-Goat to get you around to the local eats and wineries. Nestled amongst the mountains just outside of the township of Whittlesea our 40-acre property sits above the clouds. (800m walk/hike from where a non-4WD can park). The waterfall is reached by a single trail track from the campsite, and you do need to be an experienced hiker to get to the waterfall. Our walk the neighboring farm (105 acres) Eagles, cockatoos, black cockatoos, kookaburras, magpies, rosellas, king parrots, Gang-gang cockatoo, honey eaters can be spotted most days and lyrebirds if you’re keen to go looking. Small playground with swings, slide, monkey bars and sandpit. Taxi service - The Graceful-Goat to get you around to the local eats and wineries. The property is situated adjacent to the State forest, so you'll have nature at your doorstep, with bush walks and an abundance of wildlife, not to mention meeting the local resident animals; Our two horses, our Highland cow Bonnie, Alpacas, sheep, many chickens, guinea pigs and of course, Zeik, our lovable Goat! We have plenty of green, open space, for you to set up. We also have an undercover area to sit, with fridge, kettle, toaster, and power point to charge phones which you are welcome to use. Please Note: There is a slight undulation in much of the cleared area, so some campers/caravans may require leveling. If you require a flat area, please message us to see if we have one available. Site 1 is for caravans and self contained campers Site 2 has access to a site toilet for non self contained campers... My partner and I only stayed one night in our swag but had such a lovely time. It was great meeting the family and all the critters that call this island in the trees home. The property is easy to find and is in a great location to explore the surrounds. The two large sites spaced amongst the flowers were tidy and easy to access. Large fire pits great for a group to camp around in the cooler months. The proteas were out in all their glory and the ones we chose to take home made it all the way back to QLD and are still looking stunning weeks later! No power or water tap. But there is a spring to collect running water. This site has easy access to drive in with plenty of space to turn around. 2 different flat areas to choose from to set up. This property has two sites that can be booked, two different listings - (see Fowkes family flower farm for other listing) Only a 20-minute walk to the town of Kinglake and a minute drive. This site offers plenty of open space to safely have a campfire. Plenty of fallen branches and trees to cut up for firewood. Or purchase wood from the local food works, closing at 7pm OR the servo closing at 9pm. This site is on a 105-acre farm, with a private spring water swimming hole, water can be collected from the running water spring. The farm is home to a mob of kangaroos, please watch from a distance. You will also spot and hear wild deer. The site does have plenty of grassed area, but we will let you know there is a bit of black berry bushes that we will start removing over time. (This area we cannot use chemicals close to the water ways.) We have 2 goats Eve & Rain to help with the weeds and greeting our guests. This site has a lot of history from bottling water from the old factory, (no longer in use), Potatoe and berry farming and raising sheep. You will feel so relaxed in a private and tranquil site. We manage 2 sites on this farm and 2 sites on the neighboring farm. Taxi service - The Graceful-Goat to get you around to the local eats and wineries. The Kinglake market is on the 4th Sunday of each month 10-2pm except December which is the Sunday before Christmas - twilight 2-7pm No market in January. The St. Andrews market is every Saturday, 9am to 1pm just 12 minutes down the mountain. Whittlesea market is on every Monday 9am - 1pm *You will have access to Fowkes Family Farm to purchase and pick flowers and come along to feed the sheep.

Our empty and unused dairy has space available out the front for up to 3, fully self contained vans (no tents) Located on the edge of the picturesque town of Buln Buln postcode 3821 (not Moe) take in views of rolling green hills and heritage listed oak trees while the gentle cattle and sheep graze nearby paddocks. We have access to power and river water on all three sites (not suitable for drinking) but no toilet so your vehicle must be fully self contained. One site is a drive through concrete slab, the other two are grassed sites. The grassed sites are next to each other and the slab site is on the opposite site of the driveway. The river is shallow for paddling, as well as ‘swimmable’ (at your own risk), a lovely spot to cool off on our warm summer days, or a mesmerising place to sit, watch, read, contemplate, draw or write. Some large old Mountain Ash remain along the river bank, with lots of new plantings. It is not uncommon to see an echidna, a variety of stunning birdlife, and on dusk, maybe a wombat family. We also host a family of platypus if you are very quiet. Our river block can hold up to 4 caravans (under 10 metres) and a couple of tents in one group (one booking). In addition, the upper adjoining block can accommodate 2 caravans (enquire for this option). This is a single group occupancy site so you can enjoy the privacy of your group. If you wish to hook into our powered site, please add $10 per night, per van. All campers will also have access to our Casa Cucina gorgeous eclectic, quirky community space to sit in out of the weather. Please note: This is not an accommodation space. As a reminder, all campers will need to be Self Contained as we have no toilet facilities, no access to fresh water, cold showers only and no cooking facilities. Also remember if you wish to have a fire in our firepit, you MUST bring your own wood.

Campers will be notified in the event of total fire bans, this mean no outside fires.
