Mount Wellington, the Sleeping beauty range and mountains of Mount Field national park can all be seen from the property. Animal Interactions: Farm tours can be arranged at weekends for guests to join us to meet the animals; Our adorable fluffy Highland cows love a good brush and are always jostling for attention, some of them are also keen on treats of apple slices. Our trio of Suri Alpacas are a wonderful blend of goofy and graceful. They will come and say hello and Thunder gives cute 'eskimo kisses' Penelope Jane (PJ) and Duncan are our gorgeous mini donkeys, they are endless fun watching them play and wrestle. They both love a good scratch and cuddles and plenty of human company. Our 3 mini goats Huckleberry, Dudley and Elfie are cheeky little chappies and what they lack in size, they make up for in character. They all like a good head scratch and pat Wildlife Encounters: We also share our 100 acre hobby farm with an array of Tasmanian native wildlife including wallabies, pademelons, possums, echidnas, bandicoots, wombats, quolls and even Tassie Devils. Wedge tail eagles and hawks soar the dams, native hens (turbo chooks!) rush around the paddocks and if you are lucky you may spot a tawny frogmouth sitting on the fence watching for his prey at night. Nature enthusiasts and photographers will find plenty of opportunities to observe and capture the unique flora and fauna of Tasmania.

Our paradise is located on Bruny Island, with forest mountain views to the west stretching to the south and east across Adventure Bay to Tasman Island and Peninsula. Camp is just a short walk to Quiet Corner and Two Tree Point, two iconic spots on the Adventure Bay coastline. Fluted Cape and this whole area are spectacular for nature lovers. And you'll be sharing the space with resident wallabies and native birdlife. This little block has plenty of sun and a shady fern glade for hammocks, flat spots for camping or vans, with a BBQ and fire pit. There is also a camp kitchen located in a cosy north-facing cabin with a lounge. We have a newly built toilet and shower block. Pet's are welcome, but we ask they be kept on a lead - see rules. All summed up to be the perfect peaceful getaway on Bruny island. Adventure Bay shop is 1 km away. A well stocked general store selling firewood bundles and fuel.

The Bunkhouse at Camp Infinite

Located an hours drive North West of Hobart near the quaint little town of Ouse (pronounced - ooze) and set on the pristine Derwent River. Like so many of the towns on the Derwent River, this region is very popular with bushwalkers, fishing enthusiasts, and mountain bike riders. Overlooking the "pot-belly" of the Derwent River,  This place is a fishing and kayaking heaven . Have a swim in summer, kayak or go for an adventure on your mountain bike. There are two kayaks and two SUPs you are welcome to use. And there is a boat ramp just a few kms down the road to launch your boat. The Bunkhouse is a beautifully built structure, with large windows and plenty of space. It's two storey, with the upper open-plan level accommodating 8 people in single bunk beds. A further two guests can sleep on the large sofa bed downstairs. The bunkhouse is fully self-contained with a kitchenette, toilet and shower.Clean sheets and blankets . Wi- Fi and streamed TV movie channels Please note - this is not the ritz! It's a simple bunkhouse, providing shelter to sleep, in a great location. If you wish to make use of the firepit, you'll need to BYO wood, this firepit is not often used. Instead, we'd recommend bringing a small portable bbq with you to set up by the river! You're welcome to bring pets too.

Sheffield is close to mountain bike trails and local hiking spots. We would love to show you our organic coffee and chocolate businesses that we operate from home. Yes, we have samples! We have fresh roasted coffee and chocolate made from the bean in stock for purchase. We offer rain water hot showers, a washing machine and a toilet all situated inside of our 'earthship' glasshouse. The path passes through temperate tree fern rainforest, populated by glow worms. A minimum three nights stay is recommended as this area has so much to offer- Mt Fields walks and water falls- Junee caves- styx valley and land of the Giants- Strathgordon dam-creepy crawly walk-Lake Dobson- Rail track ride- Maydena adventure hub- Tassie bound adventures and you will need time to relax and enjoy Russell Falls cottages and the peaceful river, rain forest and birdlife.
