The location is central and close to a number of activities and events. The area is known for amazing bushwalking, kayaking and all types of nature based activities. We are also close to annual shows and events such as Taste of Huon and the Cygnet Folk Festival. Lots of local markets, music venues and Farmgate sales, each weekend. Try the delicious local fruit, vegetables and seafood/ meat....add some fresh herbs and seasonal produce from the abundant organic garden. Onsite we have kayaks and bikes for campers to use(deposit required). Located in Ranelagh, 2 mins from Huonville, 45 mins from Hobart, 20 mins from Cygnet, 10 mins from Franklin. Your hosts offer a beautiful paddock and yard in the amazing Huon Valley. We are a small farm with animals and gardens on the edge of residential convenience. Rani’s hospitality was amazing, great communication and welcome at the property. The property has a big grassed area, toilet, kitchenette and a shower - everything you need to celebrate New Year’s. Thanks Rani!

Fabulous entertainment
This place was fantastic, close to everything you need and beautiful location. The fresh eggs were delicious! To top it off got fabulous entertainment from the paddock pets, geese, hens and a delightful rooster 🐓 Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Huon area. Thank you.
