Set on beautiful park-like acreage it's a great place to stop and rest, recharge or base yourself so that you can explore the local area. We are located between Noosaville and Eumundi., with beautiful Noosa and Coolum beaches only 15 mins drive away. The Tewantin ferry is only about 15/20mins for access to Noosa North Shore and Rainbow Beach (4WD for beach driving). The Eumundi Markets 10 mins drive. We have a few options to choose from, shady areas or open sunny areas overlooking the dams. All sites have easy access, will suit self-contained motorhomes/caravans and campers who have own amenities and leave no trace, We do have a dump point and also a couple of port-a-loos available if required. We also now have a couple of hot showers if needed. There are 3 dams on the property so children need to be supervised at all times. Well behaved/social pets are welcome, but to be kept on a leash. If your dog is not friendly with other humans and dogs unfortunately its not welcome Only 9 minutes from the bruce highway, situated down a quiet dirt road on the side of the beautiful Maroochy River you will find river rd ranch. River rd ranch is at heart of the sunshine coast being only a 10 minute drive to Coolum beach and Yandina, 25 to 30 minutes to noosa, mooloolaba, Maroochydore beaches, Sunshine Plaza, bars and restaurants! Being only 20 minutes to the sunshine coast airport it’s a great opportunity to park up your big or small touring rig to head interstate at short notice if required. This amazing property has views of mt Coolum and mt Nindery with some of the best sunrise and sunsets around. With easy access to the property we can also cater for larger caravans and big groups of people. Being on the river there is option for fishing and crabbing, we are only a few hundred meter walk to the Yandina Creek Wetlands walking trails. Camp Fires are allowed on site. (unless fire bans are in place ) fire wood available 20kg = $20 (cash only sorry due to a few nonpayers) Pets are welcome but we must respect our Neighbours with horses and other campers so must be friendly retrained at all times. Please remember pick up after your fury friends as we have other guests here we have 3 - 4 sites right on the river and another 3 - 4 sites in our paddock with a section allowing our paddock guests to have access to the river to do all activities All waste to be taken away when you leave.

Steve is on a mission to build a paradise for all of his guests and he’s done an amazing job! The property is beautiful with dams, bird life, and tranquillity. Hot showers and toilets were amazing. Steve is beyond welcoming and we enjoyed sharing stories and a beer with him. We booked three nights and extended as we loved it so much. Loved caravanning at Brooyar Station. Site 19 was right on the dam shore with a mostly flat spot and a fire pit. Loads of wildlife and you could see the cows roaming in distant paddocks. Nearby there was a running creek which the dog, and her hoomans, absolutely loved! Our host was kind enough to take us to feed lucerne to the pregnant cows and then a wonderful quad bike tour of the property which is awesome! No phone signal made our stay that much more enjoyable! Will definitely be going back!

We really enjoyed staying at The Kelly’s. Locked gate access, open space with plenty of room per site, lovely small scenic dams with bird life to watch. 10 minutes to either Noosa or Eumundi. Base yourself for a weekend or a week to allow time to explore. They even have a dump point and soon to include bush showers in the future. What a great site for the Sunshine Coast.

This was our second stay at this property. We love how spacious and well maintained it is. Easy day out to Coolum and Noosa, and then come home to a relaxing sit in the shade by the dam. Nice to be able to have a fire (fire ban was lifted just in time for us) and a camp oven hot potato! Thanks Steve and Kel for your hospitality once again.

Situated close to the highway this was the perfect Hipcamp to use for our trip south. Despite only being a short distance from the turnoff this property does make you feel like you are in the woods. We were lucky enough to meet the lovely family who are creating this Hipcamp and can’t wait to see what they do in future. Kids loved the sandpit and play area. Goats, cows, chickens which the kids also loved and got to feed and the beautiful walk to the fairy garden. Would stay again.

We loved camping at River Road Ranch and will be back. Greg the host is very welcoming, and their bulldog Zena was also an amazing camp companion. You can't get any closer to the river with fishing, water skiers and an aerial stunt show from a local pilot. Campsites were grassy with the benefit of an included firepit - although it was too windy for a fire when we visited :( Thanks Greg and family for opening up your property for campers.

We loved our stay at The Kelly’s. Beautiful and peaceful property with plenty of space and privacy between sites. We felt so relaxed here. This was our third weekend in a row here! We absolutely love it. Camp sites are spacious and we love going down to the creek to cool off. The kids have so much room to play. We prefer site 17 as it’s close to the play ground. The family that runs this Hipcamp are awesome too.

Photos don't do this campsite justice. Steve has done such a wonderful job with his property with beautifully mowed lawns and gardens, nicer than any other hipcamp or major campsite we've ever been too. Plus the location is brilliant - close to Noosa but tucked away.
