A cleared grass/gravel paddock close to everything Maroochydore, Coolum and the Sunshine Coast has to offer! Our land backs onto the Maroochy River (no direct access but the boat ramp is less than 5 minute drive away) and each site is sheltered by tall trees. There are 3 defined sites with plenty of room for privacy and escape in nature. Bring your own push bike or walking shoes to explore the mangroves and bushland. We have an abundance of native wildlife and it’s a good idea to bring mozzie/insect repellent.
We do have plenty of firewood available although if it’s been raining it will be best to BYO wood. We have a communal fire pit you can use (please don't camp on the grass near the fire pit).
We kindly ask all campers to be 100% self-sufficient as we do not have any waste, water, or power facilities. You carry it in you carry it out.
Our site is 2WD friendly although once again if it's been raining it's best to stick to the gravel roads. Please message me if you have any questions!
To keep us all safe, we have some VERY IMPORTANT notes:
Please stay on the gravel roads - there are deep holes and drains hidden by long grass on neighbouring blocks. These can cause damage to vehicles and you will need a tow truck to be recovered.
Bring your pets, please keep them close as we have no fences.

Formally a banana & pineapple plantation, Hunchy Hills is strictly 4WD only access property. There is a toilet and gas hot shower included. Sites 1-3 are large level pads approx. 12M by 12M, each with their own fire pit and log seat.

Buranga Farm is a small organic family-run farm on 60 acres in the Noosa hinterland only ten minutes from Peregian Beach. Cedarton is a small farm on 100 acres, we have cows, chickens, ducks, goats, sheep and horses. We have wild deer, wallabies and kangaroos that come in the mornings and afternoons. If the kids like to get involved, I can take them around in the morning to feed the animals, we have around 30 head of cattle, calves, 2 horses, 2 goats, one pet sheep, chickens and ducks. We have a cow called Cutie Pie, she loves a cuddle.
Happy to spend time with the kids to show them the jobs we do daily. Parents can join in or sit back and relax. Takes about 1 hour in the morning. If it's school holidays, we build scarecrow's, plant sunflowers or other crops together. Wash rescue horses or any other job on the farm.
Kids love collecting the eggs and cooking them up for their breakfast.
We also have a pool at the farmhouse which campers can use between 9am - 11.30am daily.
If you like hiking there's a couple you can do, one that takes around 30 mins and one that takes 2 hours.
Plenty of space to play cricket, football or ride push bikes. If you like fishing there's creeks nearby as well.
Each camp site will have wood for fires, if you require more you can buy some on site for $20 a bag. Please don't bring wood in because of biosecurity and fire ants.
Cedarton Farm is also on Facebook.
We are close to Australia Zoo, Big Kart track at Beerwah, Maleny Dairies, Kondalilla falls, Gardener waterfalls, Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve. There's a cheese factory, chocolate factory and wineries in Maleny.
Fantastic restaurants in Montville.
We are also 10 mins from Woodford Folk Festival.
We are off grid only for campers, campervans and caravans we have no amenities at this current time.
How ever if you want a porta loo Dinkem Dunnies are great and deliver porta loos. Roughly costs $250 to hire.
4x4 if towing because of dirt driveway and paddocks.
Pet friendly however we do ask that no pets chase animals.

The total area for camping is approximately 500 metres with only four sites spaced far apart to ensure plenty of space and privacy. Each site has very easy access to the river, via a couple of tracks.
You can enjoy swimming and kayaking in the river. Fishing is welcome when permitted but must be catch and release only. There is plenty of wildlife to see, especially for bird watchers: kingfishers, parrots and birds of prey as well as platypus, air breathing lungfish and Mary River turtles.

A cleared grass/gravel paddock close to everything Maroochydore, Coolum and the Sunshine Coast has to offer! Our land backs onto the Maroochy River (no direct access but the boat ramp is less than 5 minute drive away) and each site is sheltered by tall trees. There are 3 defined sites with plenty of room for privacy and escape in nature. Bring your own push bike or walking shoes to explore the mangroves and bushland. We have an abundance of native wildlife and it’s a good idea to bring mozzie/insect repellent.
We do have plenty of firewood available although if it’s been raining it will be best to BYO wood. We have a communal fire pit you can use (please don't camp on the grass near the fire pit).
We kindly ask all campers to be 100% self-sufficient as we do not have any waste, water, or power facilities. You carry it in you carry it out.
Our site is 2WD friendly although once again if it's been raining it's best to stick to the gravel roads. Please message me if you have any questions!
To keep us all safe, we have some VERY IMPORTANT notes:
Please stay on the gravel roads - there are deep holes and drains hidden by long grass on neighbouring blocks. These can cause damage to vehicles and you will need a tow truck to be recovered.
Bring your pets, please keep them close as we have no fences.

Formally a banana & pineapple plantation, Hunchy Hills is strictly 4WD only access property. There is a toilet and gas hot shower included. If you have a camper trailer it needs to be off-road/high clearance and you need to be experienced in towing off road. No caravans or Hybrids sorry, too steep and tight.
Sites 1-3 are large level pads approx. 12M by 12M, each with their own fire pit and log seat.
Site 4 is perched on the side of the hill and 6M by 6M in size. Suitable for vehicle based campers/swags/small tents with a sense of adventure and best with max 2 people. We have a backup spot if access is too difficult.

Buranga Farm is a small organic family-run farm on 60 acres in the Noosa hinterland only ten minutes from Peregian Beach. Cedarton is a small farm on 100 acres, we have cows, chickens, ducks, goats, sheep and horses. We have wild deer, wallabies and kangaroos that come in the mornings and afternoons. If the kids like to get involved, I can take them around in the morning to feed the animals, we have around 30 head of cattle, calves, 2 horses, 2 goats, one pet sheep, chickens and ducks. We have a cow called Cutie Pie, she loves a cuddle.
Happy to spend time with the kids to show them the jobs we do daily. Parents can join in or sit back and relax. Takes about 1 hour in the morning. If it's school holidays, we build scarecrow's, plant sunflowers or other crops together. Wash rescue horses or any other job on the farm.
Kids love collecting the eggs and cooking them up for their breakfast.
We also have a pool at the farmhouse which campers can use between 9am - 11.30am daily.
If you like hiking there's a couple you can do, one that takes around 30 mins and one that takes 2 hours.
Plenty of space to play cricket, football or ride push bikes. If you like fishing there's creeks nearby as well.
Each camp site will have wood for fires, if you require more you can buy some on site for $20 a bag. Please don't bring wood in because of biosecurity and fire ants.
Cedarton Farm is also on Facebook.
We are close to Australia Zoo, Big Kart track at Beerwah, Maleny Dairies, Kondalilla falls, Gardener waterfalls, Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve. There's a cheese factory, chocolate factory and wineries in Maleny.
Fantastic restaurants in Montville.
We are also 10 mins from Woodford Folk Festival.
We are off grid only for campers, campervans and caravans we have no amenities at this current time.
How ever if you want a porta loo Dinkem Dunnies are great and deliver porta loos. Roughly costs $250 to hire.
4x4 if towing because of dirt driveway and paddocks.
Pet friendly however we do ask that no pets chase animals.

The sites are level pastured camping areas with lovely trees providing good shade alongside the river. We have tried to preserve the natural ecosystem on the river bank so it is heavily wooded and largely untouched.
The total area for camping is approximately 500 metres with only four sites spaced far apart to ensure plenty of space and privacy. Each site has very easy access to the river, via a couple of tracks.
You can enjoy swimming and kayaking in the river. Fishing is welcome when permitted but must be catch and release only. There is plenty of wildlife to see, especially for bird watchers: kingfishers, parrots and birds of prey as well as platypus, air breathing lungfish and Mary River turtles.

Beautifully kept grounds with plenty of wide open spaces right on the river. Great spot! Scott is the quintessential good host, friendly and obliging. Lovely cool spot as well, which made it hard to leave.

We had a,lovely time camping on Michelle's land, river swims were great, the area was beautifully maintained. Michelle was a lovely host and her home baked sour dough loaf was delicious 😋

This spot was amazing. I had campsite 5 that overlooked the little dam and it was beautiful. My only recommendation would be if they levelled out the area to be flat as it’s on a slight hill but still give this 5 stars every day of the week I highly recommend this! I solo travelled with my dog so having reception was great as well to pass the time. Nothing bad to say about my stay. I normally like to try different locations but I definitely think I’ll be staying back here again, it was worth the drive from Brisbane.

Absolutely every thing about this place from location to having plenty of shade and cool in the afternoon no matter how hot the day is . Then can just cool off in outdoor shower. Peace and quiet with everything you need no matter what your set up ..
