Camping is available in a choice of sites from open mown grass (with shade), to treed bush areas (4WD). Acres of open space for the kids! Your friendly dog is welcome, don't bring other dogs thanks! SORRY NO TENT ONLY CAMPING, Camper trailers, Caravans, Motorhomes welcome. We have no amenities yet, so you will need to be self contained. Dump points are at Wauchope and Port Mac. We also host events (up to 100 people) and we have a covered band stage, see pics below. Today we are a hobby farm with cows, horses - we invite you to say hello, but please don't feed any of the animals. We also have an abundant vegetable garden and often have extra, if we are here to greet you on arrival you can fill up with potable water and pick your own from our garden. The Hastings is still tidal at our place so the access and flow varies throughout the day - we generally take our littlest kids down at low tide. Swim, fish or explore our hiking trails though the old growth riparian vegetation along winding creeks. If you are into birds you will see plenty here - in the last 12 months we have counted nearly 100 different species on our property!

The Hatch Farm is home to many animals, most of whom are rescues - including border collies, cavalier king charles spaniels, chickens, ducks, pigs, sheep, goats, miniature horses, cows, cats, rabbits, and guinea pigs. There is plenty to do and see around the farm from complete relaxation, interacting with the friendly animals (there is usually a variety of babies to cuddle!), to casting a line or launching your boat from the rustic boat ramp.
