Artisans Park is a farm set on top of a mountain which is sometimes windy sometimes snowing and being a farm we have animals and spiders and everything that nature includes note we can not control the weather or nature, there are no local coffee shops, we are not connected to the electricity. This is a camping site and our stays are like camping all heating is wood hot water is gas and lights are solar, No TV no power points no fancy appliances. If you like camping and staying in something unique Artisans Park is the place for you, If you want a luxurious five star stay we are defiantly not the place our stays are basic and clean. 1949 London Bus, WW2 Army Tower, 1885 Trig Hut Artisans Park is located 45 minutes from Bathurst and is the closest city for food and fuel. We do not have local shops or fuel stations. The London bus is suitable for children as the upper deck houses the bedroom. The lower deck houses the kitchen and bathroom with a front deck complete with barbecue and amazing views. Relax and watch the kangaroos and eagles from your private deck. Summer swimming in the crystal clear river and winter camp fires where you can toast marshmallows. The lower level has a cooktop "no oven or fridge share fridge at entrance of park", outside gas BBQ and tables. You will need to bring your own drinking water. There is a toilet and shower downstairs. The top deck has two small single beds and one double, quilts and pillows however BYO linen sheets and towels. This bus has featured on many TV shows and is often featured in travel magazines, including on Better Homes and Gardens television in 2013 and in many magazines shoots. No pets please. once again no pets including dogs.

So most popular site so far campers vote CAMPERS DEN Site with best views ( I may be Bias now) is KOOYONG Fire wood is scattered about so help yourself. Revelstone offers six km of tracks to explore with amazing rock formations throughout,just please remember leave gates as you find them (open)(closed) Wyangala Dam and village are nearby with access to water sports, fishing and nature walks. Elliot's Lookout is a scenic spot with fantastic views of the dam and back waters. The Cowra township is 20 minutes drive and worth a visit . Reflections Holiday Park shop at the dam open Friday-Saturday-Sunday offering general supplies, coffee and hot food. REVELSTONE MOUNTAIN CAMPS offers camping with fantastic views. Plenty of space to go for a scenic hike, find spring fed dams for yabbie fishing or a quick dip in the water hole in Springvale Creek that runs through the property when not dry, lots of wildlife including kangaroos, rabbits and foxes. There are 14 designated camping areas to set up your camp, or why not try the revelstone TEPEE TENT adventure, or maybe the TWIN HAMMOCK camp. please do not cut down or use any standing trees even if they look dead as they are a mountain feature. Phone and internet are available on mountain sites and some base camp sites This campsites are suited for campers who are self-contained, with own camping or toilet/shower amenities and water supply. SHOWER & TOILETS are available if needed and a CAMP KITCHEN at small cost per night .Pets welcome however if stock around please restrain on a lead.(we have lots of stock wandering about). Dairy Park is a working farm on the Central Tablelands of NSW. We farm sheep and cattle, and on the property, you'll find kangaroos, wombats, lots of birdlife and wide-open space.Our campsite is very private next to the seasonal 'Thumbies Creek'. Our family has been here since the early 1820s. A great family-friendly campsite for those seeking a bush experience. Drinking water available but nothing else, no amenities, so you must have everything you need and leave no trace. 2WD most of the year unless rain, then need 4WD. Pets not permitted. Campfires permitted in a designated area only when restrictions aren't in place. Plenty of firewood around to gather fallen timber.All campers have the opportunity to join in our animal feeding every afternoon at 4pm, we'll take you along with us as we feed the chooks, working dogs, pody lambs and whatever else is happening on the farm! Location from Sydney We are approximately 228.9km via Great Western Highway/A32 from Sydney CBD. It is part of the village known as Newbridge which is 3km from the property. It is an easy 30km drive to Bathurst and 50km to Orange with only 15km away from Blayney. La Pinata is also a short drive to Milthorpe and Carcoar - all lovely award winning quaint towns worth visiting where you can take in the history and enjoy great food and wine. A great country escape destination! Even the Newbridge Train Station remains treasured by residents and fondly remembered as the stopover for Queen Elizabeth II during her 1954 royal visit! Newbridge is fortunate to have a local pub, known as the Gladestone Hotel. A a restaurant serving modern cuisine and live music most Sunday afternoons (need to check with Pub for confirmation of entertainment 02 6368 1004). This is approximately 2.7kms from La Pinata! The Property La Pinata is circa 161 Ha (400 acres) in size. Altitude of approx 900m. Over half of the land is clear, the land is mostly undulating with some steeper areas. There are 7 paddocks. Stock water is supplied by dams in all paddocks with a permanent Evans Plains Creek that flows through the property which is a wonderful spot for bushwalking. There is also a bore that provides water to our water tanks. The Property also offers a pine forest, which is cooling on hot summer days, and in the colder months, it is a winter wonderland adventure. A perfect part of the property to do many things: picnicking in the wild whilst collecting pinecones, wildflowers or simply admiring the majestic views of the Fitzgerald Valley and the Blue Mountains over a glass of local wine and cheese. The Barn Style Cabin La Pinata, for a unique glamping experience, offers a barn style cabin dwelling with all the comforts of a home but with a rustic cabin experience. A majority of the barn style cabin and its amenities have been built from recycled material, this includes the furniture which is mostly recycled or pre-loved. We are also using off the grid electricity and water supply. It has 7 sleeping rooms with 1 ensuite and 2 Bathrooms. One of the 7 sleeping rooms has a cot. It has a well-equipped open Kitchen with 5 pit stove, oven, blender, and toaster. The open living area has 3 spaces to enjoy: • 8–10-seater dining area • 3-piece lounge area (TV, with Netflix and Foxtel) • A study/reading Nook area • Another area just off the kitchen is a lovely space where you can read or relax. We have also provided a dart board and other board games for those competitive nights of fun! The barn has laundry facilities and wifi. Other Services that can be provided-coordinated Picasso Paint and Wine Experience Ask the host regarding our Picasso Paint and Wine Experience at La Pinata for groups of 8 to 12 guests. It is a lovely way to enjoy the afternoon sunset with your group, enjoying your wine and painting! 4 weeks' notice required to coordinate. Vale Creek Wines At La Pinata we can organise a wine tasting experience. The winery is called Vale Creek, located approximately 23.5kms from Newbridge (Gladestone Hotel). Vale Creek’s Cellar Door provides tastings in a relaxed setting overlooking the winery. Their wines are from clones sourced from superior vineyards in Italy – www.valecreek.com.au. The owners are delightful and welcoming. They are opened most weekends. The winery has many events occurring through the month and if it coincides with your trip, we will be more than happen to share the event with you and if you wish we can organise the wine tasting booking for you as well. Ask the Host about this item so it can be organised. Driving inside our property. Our internal roads are constantly maintained whilst 2WD drive vehicles have come and gone from our place without an issue, it is recommended to use a 4WD vehicle. STRA: Exempt

We love tent camping at Turon Gates! We weren't prepared for the cold even though the instructions and information was detailed. We will be next time! Toilets/bathrooms are clean. No internet and phone reception which is absolutely amazing for the entire family to switch off! Bring plenty of firewood. We camped near the water which would also be great during the warmer months. We'll be back!

Rosa is a very lovely person. Her communication was wonderful before our arrival and we were welcomed with lots of yummy treats. The barn is in a lovely position - the view and animals are great and it was very peaceful. Once we had the fire going the house was warm, and we really appreciated John helping us one evening to use the pizza oven.

This was the most peaceful campsite our our 2 week trip around central NSW. We had the Shed site and were able to use power for our camper trailer. Evening brought beautiful sunsets across the vines, and the winery is less than 15 minutes from Orange. Mina and Gerty the dogs were an added bonus!

the studio cabin was large, cosy and modern. i had everything i needed for a quick getaway. I stayed on a 3 degree night and there were electric blankets and heaters to keep me toasty. there was parking next to the cabin and no noise on my stay. The reception team are attentive and made check in and check out so easy. they noted my late arrival time and gave me instructions for key lock outside the room. Also they messaged me to remind me of check out time and that i could jsut leave the key in the door if i didnt want to drop into reception for check out. It was so much easier and the rooms were larger than a staying in a hotel/ motel room.
